摘要
CLX公司是一家新成立的生产和销售可降解聚乳酸塑料薄膜的民营公司,但面对来
自传统塑料和其他可降解塑料材料旳激烈竞争,该公司成立初期并未能实现计划中的发
展状态,在公司发展战略方面需要进行调整。为了解决公司目前所遇到的困境,需要研
宄并调整公司发展战略,制定新的发展计划。
本篇论文基于战略管理理论研宄,通过对公司内部及外部环境的分析,运用波特五
力模型、PEST和SWOT等方法对CLX公司的现状进行了分析,总结了 CLX公司在发
展过程中所处的优势和劣势,得出了该公司在可降解塑料行业中的发展战略。通过各方
面情况的分析,本文得出结论是CLX公司的核心能力包括三条:业内领先的超薄薄膜
技术,完全可降解的材料,无毒并且保鲜的产品性能。该公司的发展战略将会围绕这三
点开展。

Research on the Development Strategy of CLX Film Company
Abstract
CLX Films Co. is a newly established company, producing and selling biodegradable
PLA films. Faced witfi intensive competition from traditional plastic and other biodegradable
materials, CLX didn't realize its planned target from the start. To resolve current problems,it
is necessary to adjust company strategy and work out new development plan-
In this article, based on strategy management theory and the analysis on company's
internal and adopting Model, PEST and SWPT,CLX's strength and weakness was analyzed
and its strategy in the biodegradable plastics industry was concluded. Through the analysis of
the situation, this article draws the conclusion is the core competence of CLX company
includes three aspects: the leading technology of ultrathin film,fully biodegradable material,
non-toxic and fresh keeping performance. Will the development strategy of the CLX
company around the three aspects to carry out.
