要让客户满意,首先就要让员工满意。近年来,华为、海底捞等企业的快速成功,
引发了社会各界对中国企业用人理念和方法的新一轮热议。人们逐渐发现,在经历了制
度化、标准化、精细化等一系列现代企业人力资源管理的实践后,拥有一支高效能的员
工队伍,是企业获得市场竞争胜利的重要因素。而要真正激发、提高员工的工作效能,
必须要让员工保持较高的满意度水平。于是,借鉴国外员工满意度测评与管理理论,中
国企业也幵始着手加强员工满意度管理,“以人为本”、“人本管理”思想在企业中不断
加以贯彻和深化。
但由于基础性研究和企业管理者认识的局限,国内企业对于员工满意度的管理尚处
于探索阶段,绝大部分企业还没有将员工满意度管理作为一种制度建立起来,员工满意
度测评形式化、随意化,对测评结果的分析也不科学,缺乏长期有效跟踪,并没有产生
理想的效果,有时甚至事与愿违,激起员工的不满。
因此,及时对中国企业的员工满意度管理现状进行研究和总结,探索出一套适合中
国国情和企业特色,并有可操作性的满意度管理方法就具有十分重要的意义。
本文经过对以往相关文献的回顾和思考,运用问卷调查的方法,对案例企业通过统
计分析,归纳出影响员工满意度的主要因素,并结合国有企业现状,提出若干员工满意
度管理的措施。此外,针对不同群体的特征,分类阐述了对核心员工、劳务员工、青年
员工等不同的满意度管理方式,希望起到抛砖迎玉的作用,共同切实做好中国企业员工
满意度管理,构建和谐社会。

The Study on Employee Satisfaction Management of

Abstract
Customer satisfaction comes from internal employee satisfaction. With the rise of the
knowledge economy and the development of the economic globalization, the management
environment has changed a lot. The employees are the most precious wealth of business
enterprise,it is important to make them satisfied which can gain a big development for a
business enterprise. The employee satisfaction assessment and management system adapt to
this situation, comes out and carries on by many corporations in China. However, the business
enterprise didn,t obtain expectation after having done employee satisfaction assessment for
lack of experiences.
The writer tries to establish the employee satisfaction assessment model and management
system in the hope of helping corporations. This research adopts the methods of interviewing
and survey based on the related literatures to explore the influence factors and consequences
of employee satisfaction management.
The paper is combined with the status of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward some
measures for the management of employee satisfaction. And according to the characteristics
of different groups, the writer suggest different satisfaction management for the core staff,
labor workers and young employees .
Although, this research has limitations in depth, the writer believes firmly that the continuous
study on employee satisfaction assessment and management system has very strong theory
and practice meanings.
