苏利公司未来五年的发展战略研究

摘要

农药是非常重要的农业生产资料,指用来防治危害农作物的害虫、杂草和病菌的

药剂。由农药中间体、农药原药合成和制剂加工三大板块构成了完整的农药产业链。

世界范围内,由于使用农药所避免的粮食损失约占粮食总产量的1/3。而在我国,以

占有世界7%的耕地面积养活着占有世界22%的人口,其中农药的作用功不可没。因

此,农药对农业发展和人类粮食安全有着十分重要的意义。在全球人口增长及耕地面

积减少的矛盾下,农药的广泛使用以提高单位面积产量是解决粮食问题的重要出路。

从去年的毒豇豆事件到今年夏天的爆炸西瓜,农药行业引来了社会的广泛关注,

农民未按要求使用农药造成的残留问题,责任被无限放大到农药生产者本身。国内农

药生产企业在面对复杂多变的世界经济大环境,国家宏观政策要求的调整,国际市场

的激烈竞争和社会公众的负面认知等压力下,要生存下去,就必须取得一定的竞争优

势,制定切实可行的发展战略。

苏利公司从精细化工产品起家,1995年开始涉足农药相关的精细化工领域,1996

年被原国家化学工业部核准为农药生产企业。近年来得益于快速的市场发展,凭借精

准的市场定位,在农药杀菌剂、溴系阻燃剂市场上取得了成功,在行业中的地位不断

提高,并且从一个专业的精细化工产品供应商向提供一整套解决方案的技术支持型精

细化工企业转变。但是,面对行业竞争日趋激烈、行业要求日渐提高的背景,作为一

个快速成长中的中小企业,公司亟需明确未来五年的发展战略、精准定位、找对方向。

本为致力于对苏利公司的发展战略展开研究,通过对苏利公司的内、外部环境等

方面进行广发深入的调查、研究和分析,得出苏利公司未来五年的发展目标和战略定

位:基于全球战略市场布局的登记,以及产销研服一体化市场推广模式相结合的发展

战略。

ABSTRACT

Pesticide is a kind of very important agricultural production source, it is used against

pests, weed,germ that may damage the crops. A complete pesticide industry chain is

constituted by the three plates, including intermediates, technical products and

formulations. According to information and data, the grain loss which is avoided due to

using the pesticide accounting for 1/3 of the total grain output in the worldwide. In China,

with only 7% of agricultural acreage of world to provide food for 22% of the world

population, it is credit to pesticide. Therefore, the pesticide has 汪 great significance on the

agricultural development and human food security. In contradiction between the growth of

the global population and the reduction of the arable land, widely use of pesticide with

high yield per unit area is an important way to solve the food problem.

From last year's toxic cowpea incident to this summer's explosive watermelon, the

pesticide industry had attracted widespread attention of the society,the residue problem

caused by the farmers who did not use pesticide in accordance with the requirement,

responsibility is hugely magnified to pesticide producers themselves. The domestic

pesticide producers shall obtain some competitive advantages and formulate practical

development strategy to survive, facing the complex and volatile world economic

environment, the adjustments of the national macroscopic policies, fierce competition in

the international market,the negative perception of the social public and so on pressure.

Suli started its business from fine chemical, began to involve pesticide industry in

1995,and obtained pesticide production permit in 1996,profit from the rapid development

of the market in recent years,Suli made a success on the market of fungicide, brominated

flame retardant depend on accurate market orientation, its status continuously improving in

the industrial field,and change from a professional fine chemical products supplier to a

technical support fine chemical enterprise who can provide a package of solutions. As a

fast growing small and medium-sized company, facing the background of increasingly

fierce competition and the rising requirement in the industry, shall urgently definite the

development strategy, precise positioning and find the right direction for the next five

years.

This paper aims to expand Suli's development strategy through comprehensive and

furthering investigation,research and analysis on the outer and inner environment of Suli,

to sum up Suli's development goals and strategic orientation in the next five years, which

is combining with registration strategy and promotion model based on global strategic
