Y 电力企业正处于快速发展阶段,离不开基层检修员工持续不断的努力,但是企
业对检修员工的激励并未取得有效效果,需要大力改善。基于此背景,笔者选择 Y
电力企业为研究对象,对该企业检修员工激励体制进行研究,分析 Y 电力企业检修
员工激励现状,查询激励现状中存在的问题,并结合 Y 电力企业的实际生产状况以
及检修员工的特点,给出针对性较强的检修员工激励体制改进措施,希望对电力企业
激励体制的改进提供参考借鉴。
本文以 Y 电力企业检修员工激励体制为研究对象,并在研究中结合笔者的实际
工作经验,基于检修员工的需求,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,针对性的给出对电
力企业检修员工激励的启示,以期对电力企业检修员工激励有参考借鉴意义。

The research of incentive system about maintenance staff in
Y electric power enterprise
ABSTRACT
Electric power industry is technology intensive enterprises, human resource plays a
dominant role in the overall operation and management of electric power enterprises, and
maintenance staff as the most basic part of the power of human resources in enterprises,
directly affect the safe production of electric power enterprises, is the basic conditions for
the realization of powerful electric power enterprises. Can say, the overhaul of power
enterprise employee behavior is a key factor to affect the safe production of electric power
enterprises, is an important factor to realize the high-quality service of electric power
enterprise, is a prerequisite for electric power enterprise management objectives. Therefore,
the incentive system maintenance staff of electric power enterprises has a very important
significance for the future development of the electric power enterprise.
Y power enterprises are in a stage of rapid development cannot do without basic
repair staff continued efforts, but the enterprise incentive on the maintenance staff has not
obtained the effective effect, needs to be improved. Based on this background, the author
chooses Y electric power enterprise as the research object, conducts the research to the
maintenance staff of the enterprise incentive system, analysis of the current situation of Y
power enterprise employees incentive maintenance, query the existing incentive question
in the current situation, combined with the actual production situation of Y power
enterprises and the characteristics of maintenance staff, maintenance staff is given for the
strong incentive system improvement measures, hope to provide reference for the
improvement of the electric power enterprise incentive system.
Taking maintenance staff incentive system of Y electric power company as the
research object, and combining with the author in the study of actual work experience,
based on the needs of the maintenance staff, using the method of combining theory with
practice, bring forward the maintenance of power enterprise employee motivation, with a
view to the electric power enterprise maintenance staff motivation has reference
significance.
