本文以 5S 管理作为研究对象,重点就是提出当前我国制造企业的不足和应该
完善和改进的地方。5S 管理的内容较为广泛,也具有重大的意义,对环境、产品、
成本等都产生了重要的影响。SJ 企业是沈阳装备制造业的佼佼者,在全国制造业中
也占据着重要的地位。本文通过对沈阳 SJ 企业进行调研,对该企业推行 5S 管理的
过程进行研究,使之可以为国内其他企业推行 5S 管理提供借鉴作用。这篇论文主
要研究分析沈阳 SJ 企业推行 5S 管理的整个过程,对 SJ 企业实施 5S 管理的前后进
行比较,分析了 SJ 企业成功实施 5S 管理的原因。通过分析研究得出企业在实施 5S
管理的过程中,首先必须使企业的现场管理与 5S 管理推行过程相适应,同时要与
企业文化相匹配,更要与企业的发展方向同步。企业实施 5S 管理与企业管理层的
支持是分不开的,企业的管理者更要改变原有的管理方法,运用系统管理的思想,
制定并实施新的 5S 管理思想。
