响。
本文以沈阳全运村驻地网项目作为研究对象,重点对沈阳全运村驻地网项目建设
进行现代化、系统化、流程化、统一化管理的情况进行阐述,剖析了管理过程中遇到
的关于项目关键技术管理、成本管理、质量管理、风险管理中遇到的问题,并分析造
成以上管理问题的原因,根据公司在以往工程项目中的施工经验,结合现代管理学及
相关学科的管理知识解决这些出现在项目中管理的问题,保证了此项目的顺利交付。
此次项目管理的研究为本公司以后的类似工程项目的实施提供了借鉴,同时也希
望能在以后的工程项目中或其他公司的类似项目中提供有价值的参考建议。

this case,CPN(Customer Premises Network) network with its unique advantages of
high rate of coverage,to occupy the market of modern communication market. It is
also the superiority of CPN project, the implementation of the whole process
management requirements also is more complex than the traditional management
mode, requires a combination of modern management mode,improve the weakness
and the shortcoming of the traditional management mode, improve project
management efficiency.
Management for engineering project mainly includes key technology, cost,
quality and risk. in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and
delivery, we must process management of these four aspects: The project may
appear extremely serious, difficult to predict the consequences if lack of control of
any link. Only by strengthening the control and management of these factors, ensure
each link is not a problem, the overall project objectives will not be affected.
