摘要
薪酬体系改革是企业必须认真面对的工作。科学合理的薪酬体系有助于企业
留住高素质的员工,激发员工的创造热情和工作积极性。构建一套科学合理的薪
酬体系,是当前企业急需要解决的重要问题之一,对于正在蓬勃发展的企业来说,
薪酬体系是嘉利公司重要的激励方式和手段,它直接影响嘉利公司综合竞争力的
提升。在以人才为主要竞争方式的今天,怎样通过薪酬手段激励人才的积极性和
创造性,不断提高嘉利公司总体创新能力和竞争力,是嘉利公司目前必须认真面
对的问题,只有处理好这个问题,嘉利公司才能够获得更快的成长。

本文通过深入分析嘉利公司现有薪酬体系的现状,指出嘉利公司现有薪酬体
系存在的问题,并剖析了嘉利公司现有薪酬体系的问题成因。然后从公司岗位评
价、薪酬等级设计、薪酬结构设计、公司员工福利优化设计和薪酬调整策略等方
面对嘉利公司的薪酬体系进行改进方案设计。最后提出了嘉利公司薪酬体系改进
方案实施的支持体系,并对嘉利公司薪酬体系改进方案的实施效果进行探讨。

本文针对当前嘉利公司薪酬管理中存在的各种问题进行深入研究和分析,提
出有效的解决方案和措施,不断优化人才发展环境,吸引更多高层次人才前来嘉
利公司就职,为嘉利公司发展贡献自己的聪明才智。因此,研究嘉利公司薪酬体
系的设计,将其作为激励嘉利公司人才积极性和创造性的主要工具,具有十分重
要的意义。
