本文选取 A 园林公司的经营战略开展研究,首先阐述本文研究的背景和研究方法,其次在对以
往文献资料进行系统总结和梳理的基础上,通过对国内外战略管理的发展历程和研究现状的梳理明
确了战略管理的内涵和内容,同时对国内外园林产业发展进程及产业升级趋势进行回顾和分析,然
后进一步将战略管理的理论和方法应用到 A 园林公司的经营战略分析与研究上,通过运用 SWOT 分析
模型明确 A 园林公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。在此基础上,文章提出了 A 园林公司发展战略,
包括“一元为主,相近多元”、差异化战略、集中战略等,并进一步从市场、渠道、品牌、促销等方
面制订详细的经营战略。文章最后指出, A 园林公司经营战略的实施,要紧扣人才、资本、品牌和
产业链的动作,才能保证 A 园林公司在竞争中保持竞争优势
文章的研究,是对当前激烈竞争环境下园林企业保持自身竞争优势的一次探讨,理论上是对战
略理论应用到园林企业的一次案例尝试,实践上能对 A 园林公司的经营管理提供决策支持

Abstract
Entering the new century, the economy and the rapid development of science and technology spurred
the pace of life continues to accelerate, more and more people gathered in the city, which is on the
environment and quality of life in the city caused a huge challenge. In improving the urban environment
and ease the work pressure, the landscape garden plays a vital role. With the acceleration of urbanization
process forward, the garden industry has been developing rapidly. With the rapid economic growth, living
standards of our people is also rising, while demand for landscape and flowers growing on the other hand
on the landscape garden features, visual and other requirements continue to increase.
The paper chooses the company's business strategy of A garden, firstly describes the background and
methodology of this study, followed by literature on the basis of previous systematic summary and sort on,
through the study of history and current development of domestic and foreign strategic management
combing clearly the meaning and content of strategic management, while the domestic landscape industry
and industrial upgrading process review and analysis of trends, and further strategic management theories
and methods applied to business strategy analysis and research a landscape company, through the use of a
SWOT analysis model explicitly garden company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. On
this basis, the article proposed A garden company development strategies, including the one dollar-based,
similar to multiple, differentiation strategy, focus on strategy and further develop a detailed business
strategy from the market, channel, brand, marketing and other aspects. Finally, the article points out, A
landscape company to implement the strategy, be closely linked to talent, capital, brands and chain action to
ensure the Alandscape company to maintain a competitive advantage in the competition.
This studies of this paper is to the current fierce competition environment garden enterprise keep their
own competitive advantage of A discussion, theory of strategic theory is applied to the garden enterprise A
