借助战略管理的相关理论及分析工具，本文通过收集历年来宁波港铁矿石运
输相关的数据和资料，对宁波港在铁矿石运输面临的外部行业环境、外部和内部
影响因素进行分析。在此分析的基础上对将来的船型，行业进步，公司发展进行
了一定程度的预测。然后通过分析和预测得出的机遇和危胁，进行 SWOT 分析，
在调查统计基础上，制作 IFAS 和 EFAS 分析表。最后借助分析获得的数据提出相
应的策略方案，尤其是对舟山港域铁矿石中转基地建设的可行性进行了论证，最
后通过方案比选得出较优方案。

Abstract
With the continued development of the national economy and accelerate the process
of industrialization of our country on the increasing demand for steel production in the
East China region's economic development trend, the port terminal handling capacity gap
is still very great , especially in the steel industry , the chemical industry demand is
particularly strong for the port . Ningbo Ningbo Port field is - an important part of
Zhoushan Port from Beilun , Zhenhai port , Yongjiang Port , Daxie Port ,Chuanshan Port ,
Meishan Port , Xiangshan Port, Shipu Port composition, is a set river port , river port and
harbor in one of the multi-functional,comprehensive modern deep-water port . Ningbo
Port is the first Chinese mainland coast with 10 -ton and 20 -ton ore transshipment
terminal ports, operating ore transshipment business history of over 20 years , the last
century has been in a leading position.
Based on the theory of strategic management , the first of Ningbo Port Group in the
external environment facing transport of iron ore were analyzed , including the macro
environment and industry environment . Macro environment analysis, respectively, of the
political environment, economic environment, social and technological environment are
analyzed. Then the external environment and internal environment factors for further
analysis. Internal and external environmental analysis , based on the breakdown of Ningbo
Port Group's iron ore transportation business 's strengths and weaknesses , opportunities
and threatens , and the SWOT analysis, survey , based on the analysis of production IFAS
and EFAS tables. Finally the data obtained with the analysis put forward appropriate
policy solutions , particularly for iron ore transit base Zhoushan Port field were
demonstrated the feasibility of building and finally through the scheme comparison drawn
optimum solution
