论文以 ST 存储产品公司针对一种主流产品的特定的坏品（代号 9942）的改善项目
为研究对象，通过两次 PDCA 的循环来实现成因分析，改进，审视，反思以及进一步改
进，实现了坏品率的大幅改善，并在此基础上结合项目对问题解决型品质改善项目和课
题达成型品质改善项目进行了阐述。论文首先在绪论部分综述了品质改善的理论及几种
品质改善项目的基本原理内涵、原则、及实施程序；并通过 ST 存储产品公司的产品坏
品率的分析，提出了问题，设定了项目及目标，并初步介绍了论文的研究内容和思路。
其次，论文介绍了品质改善的第一次 PDCA 循环，针对具体坏品 9942 做出了具体的分
析得出了成因及对各种成因有可能的来源做出改善；第三，论文在前期改善的基础上进
行了审视以及反思，通过第二次 PDCA 循环深入的分析出根本原因并加以进一步的改善
和预防再发。最后，结合案例探讨问题解决型品质改善项目和课题达成型品质改善项目
的具体实施。
论文主体以实际的硬盘生产为基础，对整个案例的详实的介绍的基础上详细的解释
了解决型品质改善项目和课题达成型品质改善项目，针对问题解决型项目和课题达成型

Quality already become the most critical for a enterprise, many difference factors will
impact the quality, the problem solving and quality task is the most normal and effective way
for quality improvement. Base on a HDD manufacturing enterprise how to improve a defect
(Error code: 9942), introduced how an enterprise do the quality improvement, can help all the
company optimize the production procedure.
Focus on the ST Storage company HDD product a specify defect (Code:9942),Base on
two times PDCA cycle to run the defect analysis and defect cause analysis, optimize the
process for the cause, review the cause and improvement, step by step make the quality get
the improvement, base on the quality improvement, introduced how to finish a quality task,
First, introduced the quality improvement and few difference project for quality improvement,
include the difference, principle and the process; analyzed the defect ratio and defect
phenomena, introduce the problem, set the project and put the target. Second, through first
time PDCA cycle found the cause for the defect then do the initial improvement. Third, Base
on first PDCA, review the remained problem, and found the root cause and further
improvement. The last, based on the whole project to further explain how to run a task
quality improvement project.
The found of the paper base on actual HDD manufacturing. Through every step and the
detail of the project, introduce what is the task for quality improvement, also introduce the
difference and relationship between the problem solving quality improvement project and task
quality improvement project. Base on actual case, to introduce how the case start from a
problem solving quality improvement project change to a task quality improvement project.
