文章首先回顾了供应商管理的相关理论,重点阐述了供应商管理的内容、机
制和模式。在相关理论的基础之上,依据广东移动供应商管理的实际,分析了该
公司在供应商管理存在的问题。具体而言,首先整体上概述了供应商管理体系的
不完善,然后按照供应商管理的几大模块分析了存在的问题,主要表现在:供应
市场情报搜集能力欠缺,供应市场定位不准确,供应商评估与选择有漏洞,供应
商绩效管理不健全等。并且,笔者详尽论述了上述问题产生的深层次原因
为使广东移动供应商管理优化有的放矢,本文提出了效率优先、专业化和公
平公正等三个原则,同时指出供应商管理应该达到的目标。在此基础上,着重研
究了如何优化广东移动的供应商管理体系,并针对上述问题逐一提出了解决的方
法和措施。同时,笔者提出了创新管理理念、提高人员素质、强化执行力等三条
保障措施

development, the world telecom industry is in the era of high-tech revolution, the
increasingly fierce competition in the market has put forward higher requirements to
the communications providers, only the right deal with various problems in the
process of operation, in order to ensure the enterprise to occupy a certain share in the
market. Influence of supplier to the business is huge, choose the right suppliers, build
the operator the effective mechanism of management can make enterprise suppliers
continuously toward standardization and regularization, allow enterprises in the
forefront in the supply chain management, supplier will directly affect the quality of
service delivery price of a series of follow-up work very seriously, since the formation
of supplier management work continued to explore in supplier management, the
establishment of an effective supplier management system and operation control
program supplier pipe continuously toward standardization. At present our country
enterprise supplier relationship management of increasingly high degree of attention,
many enterprises especially in the field of information technology within the
enterprise, have realized the optimization of supply chain management on its
important role, but in view of the supplier management level effectively and the
current our country enterprise development trend, management of China
Communication Industry suppliers the still exist great defects. Changes in customer
demand lead to the overall adjustment operators development strategy, mass
concentration led to the procurement, development of which is bound to affect the
communications equipment industry. Communications equipment industry only face
the market changes, and to take effective measures to adapt to the supply chain
optimization operator needs, meet customer demand. This paper chooses Guangdong
Mobile as an example, analysis of the current situation of supplier management in
China's telecommunications industry, and the existing problems, analyzes the causes
of the problems, and summarizes the circumvention risk, optimize the management
measures.
This paper unifies the domestic and foreign study on supplier management
background and significance of this study, the background for the necessity and
urgency to optimize management on suppliers, and summarizes the deficiency of our
country in this aspect research institute of. Second, the status of Guangdong Mobilesupplier management problems existing on the orientation relationships with suppliers,
supplier evaluation, supplier relationship management, classification management and
supplier closed-loop control of these five aspects, and find out the defects existing in
the aspects of China Mobile. Positioning not allowed Guangdong Mobile supplier
management problems leading to its face some difficulties in supplier management,
analyzed the causes of problems can help us to find a solution to the problem.
Supplier relationship management and supplier closed-loop control is the focus of this
section study, supplier selection mode, different management, information system
support, multi dimension evaluation is analyzed in the thesis measures. Finally, from
the innovation of management concept, improve the quality of personnel, and
strengthen the implementation of force, strengthen performance management, it
summarizes four aspects of Guangdong Mobile supplier management optimization
measures program, hope the recommendations of Guangdong Mobile supplier
management to provide certain reference.
