据分析,阐述了电信业务的发展趋势。从国内三大运营商实际情况出发,分析总
结并归纳了国内电信市场发展中传统的竞争策略及存在问题,提出了新时期电信
市场发展策略。在此基础上,论证了电信运营商与企业集团合作建设运营企业数
字化智慧专网,实现既是“公众大网的一部分,又是局部数字化智慧专网”的可
行性。在深入研究论证电信运营商与青海油田合作模式的基础上,对其合作进行
了投资效益分析与发展前景展望。通过实施案例剖析了合作双方的利益所在。提
