在中国制造到中国创造的的转型升级进程中,设计软件领域又步入了一个全新

的发展时期。传统的二维设计已经不能满足日益增长的设计需求,三维技术的应用

已经把停留在平面的图纸立体化了,数字样机的出现大大缩短了设计周期,提前的

技术验证和运动状态的模拟大大提高了设计效率,降低了设计成本,结合目前的环

保理念可以完全无纸化设计无纸化生产。

基于这样的大背景,研究和深度分析全球二维设计标准和三维技术先进的

Autodesk在中国的市场状况。从战略的理论入手,剖析企业的外部内部的环境,运

用PEST和SffOT分析法结合企业自身的独特性找出在中国Autodesk采取何种的竞争

战略,如何实现该战略,实现过程中的要点重点。

Autodesk作为全球技术领先的在纳斯达克上市的软件企业,在全球经济低迷中

国经济加速转型的今天,研究Autodesk中国的竞争战略,为企业的发展带来新的思

路。同样为国内的CAD软件企业的发展提供一些素材一些经验一些方法。当然由于

笔者的主客观原因,本文肯定存在一些不足之处,笔者还是非常积极的预估

Autodesk中国的发展,我们共勉之。

Design software and stepped into a new stage of development during made in China

to created in China in the process of transformation and upgrading.Traditional 2D design

cannot meet the growing demand, the application of 3D technology has stayed in the

plane of the three-dimensional drawing. The emergence of digital prototype greatly

shorten the design cycle, Technical authentication in advance and motion simulation

greatly improves the design efficiency, reduces the design cost, combined with the current

environmental protection idea can be completely paperless design paperless production.

Based on the background,research and in-depth analysis of the global 2D design

standard and advanced 3D technology Autodesk^ market conditions in China. From the

theoiy of strategy, analyze tihe enterprise's external environment, internal use PEST and

SWOT analysis method combined with their own uniqueness find Autodesk adopt what

kind of competitive strategy in China, how to realize the strategy, what's the point in the

process of implementation.

Autodesk as the world's leading technology of software companies listed on

NASDAQ, in today's global economic downturn, China's economy to accelerate the

transformation, the Autodesk China's competitive strategy, bring new ideas for

development for the enterprise. Also for the development of domestic CAD software

companies to provide some material some methods some experience.Of course due to the

author's subjective and objective reasons, certainly exist some disadvantages in this paper,

the author still very positive forecast Autodesk China's development, we will see in the

future.
