本论文对H公司精益信息化生产管理进行研究,研究核心为公司精益信息化
生产管理推行过程和方法。全文共分六大部分,第一部分是绪论,提出研究意义
及介绍国内外研究状况;第二部分是精益生产理论概述,介绍了精益生产理念、
精益生产技术方法与工具;第三部分是H公司实施精益信息化的相关性分析及拟
定实施方案;第四部分是H公司精益信息化生产实施过程,从订单履行架构优化、
库存优化、供应链采购优化及流程再造四方面对公司精益信息化生产展开深入研
究和分析;第五部分是H公司车间信息管理系统开发,对再造后的流程实施标准
工作流程和看板管理,进一步推进精益生产;第六部分是结论部分,对H公司精
益信息化实施效果评价及目前推行中存在一些的问题进行分析总结。
本论文通过对H公司精益信息化生产管理实施前后状况对比,结果表明,H
公司通过精益信息化实施对车间作业现场管理改善、缩短交货周期、减少生产场
地面积、提高生产效率、减少库存等方面取得重大改善,成绩值得肯定。本文H
公司精益信息化实施方法和思路对其它企业在今后实施精益信息化生产管理具
有重要指导意义,但是由于不同企业的背景、文化、环境、产品特性、员工素质
等因素不同,实施方法不尽完全相同,不可生搬硬套,要结合企业自身特点和状
况,选择适合公司自己的方法推行精益信息化生产。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, the application of
information technology has changed the traditional enterprise business processes and
work methods, enterprise information technology becomes an inevitable trend of the
enterprise development; meanwhile, with the market diversification and consumer
demand for personalized, traditional mass production can’t adapt to the changes in
market demand, Lean production with varieties and small batch production is instead
of mass production to become the mainstream of the production. How to combine
application of enterprise information technology and Lean production and to be a
Lean production with information technology, it becomes more and more corporate
learning and research content, it is also the purpose and content of this thesis.
This paper researches the lean production management of information
technology of H Company, the research core is the implement process and method of
the company’s lean production management of information technology. The paper is
divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction of the thesis, the significance
of research is talked about and the research situation at home and abroad is
introduced in this part; the second part is an overview of lean production theory,
including the concept of lean production and techniques of lean manufacturing; the
third part presents the possibility analysis of implementing lean production of
information technology to H company and the proposed implementation of the
program; the forth part describes the implementation process of lean production of
information technology in H company, which includes order fulfillment architecture
optimization, inventory optimization, supply chain and procurement optimization,
process reengineering; the fifth part presents the workshop information management
system developed by H company to strongly support lean production, it makes the
standard workflow and Kanban management after reengineering the process; the last
part is to evaluate the effect after H company implemented lean production of
information technology and make some discussions in advanced.
Comparing with the situation before and after implementation of lean
production of information technology, it was found that H company had made great
progress on the change of workshop management, lead time shorten, production site
area reduced, improving production efficiency, inventory reduced and so on, the
