随着我国煤炭行业从过去分散性小煤矿逐渐向集约型大煤矿转变,许多管
理方面的问题也逐渐暴露出来,如:员工素质与企业的发展速度和水平不一致;
管理创新意识不够;售后与生产部门沟通不顺畅等问题,导致销售与生产不同
步,资金大量积压,公司蒙受重大损失。本论文试图从精细化管理的视角,对
内蒙古锡林河煤化工有限责任公司产销管理模式进行研究,目的是通过理论研
究提出切实可行的基于精细化管理理论的产销管理模式。
本论文共分为五个部分。第一章导论,从选题背景及研究意义出发,阐述
了推行精细化管理研究的背景、意义,介绍了国内外精细化管理研究与应用的
现状,阐释文章的目的;第二章从理论研究层面,深刻的阐述了精细化管理的
理论基础、理论界定与功能及一般路径;第三章对内蒙古锡林河煤化工有限责
任公司管理制度的现状进行充分的评价;第四章对内蒙古锡林河煤化工有限责
任公司精细化管理原理及效果等方面进行了全面的阐述;第五章是结论部分。
希望通过本论文的研究对内蒙古锡林河煤化工有限责任公司精细化管理和传统
工业领域管理模式具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
With the development of our country's coal industry gradually transformed
from the past dispersion small coal mine to the intensive big coal onine,many
management issues also arise, such as: the staff quality not to follow enterprise's
development, lack of management innovation, Insufficient communication between
the after-sales and production department. Such questions have strongly hampered
corporate development between production and marketing. The paper researches the
production and marketing management model of Inner Mongolia Xilinhe
Coal-to-chemicals industry co,LTD from the angle of the Delicacy Management.
The purpose is to provide practical production and marketing management model
based on Delicacy Management Theory through theory study.
The paper is divided into five sections. The first chapter introduces the purposes,
research significance of the paper, frame methods and so on. And then, it simply
describes the latest achievements at home and abroad. It describes the purpose of the
paper. The second chapter is the introduction of delicacy management. The third
chapter analyzes the current situation of Inner Mongolia Xilinhe Coal-to-chemicals
industry co., LTD. The fourth chapter uses delicacy management theory to study
production and marketing management in Inner Mongolia Xilinhe Coal-to-chemicals
industry co., LTD. The fifth chapter is conclusion. Besides, through the research of
the paper, we hope to provide some reference significance for delicacy management
and traditional industry management mode of Inner Mongolia Xilinhe
Coal-to-chemicals industry co,LTD.
