近年来,破坏环境事件屡屡出现,国家理顺相关政策,对环境保护工作的重

视程度逐年提升,普通民众的环境保护意识也在不断提高,中国的“环境保护主

义时代”正悄悄向我们走来,相关的环境保护行业随之不断发展壮大。从南方沿

海的赤潮到长江、珠江支流的局部污染,从我国北方稀土的大量开釆造成环境恶

化到我国南方重金属超标造成地下水污染,一个个环境事件导致国家幵始重视环

境保护问题。国家对环境保护政策的完善过程中,促进了环境影响评价行业的快

速发展,在这种形式下,通辽市环境科学研究所如何制定发展策略将决定着其自

身命运。

本文通过研究通辽市环科所自身的发展状况、可以开展环评功能工作的业务

范围、调查本地区近年来市场供需现状,分析总结出通辽市环境科学研究所的发

展机遇、威胁、优势和劣势所在,并制定符合自身未来发展的战略。主要运用的

研究方法包括:在环评类型竞争结构中主要侧重于产业集中度分析针对上级对环

科所的管理与约束及替代和行业内进行比对分析等方法,为环科所制定未来发展

战略时运用SWOT矩形分析法运用前文分析总结出的机遇、威胁、优势、劣势,制

In recent years, environmental events often appear, nation publishes much more

policies for protecting environment. People pay more attention to the environmental

protection job. China period of protecting environment is coming because of

environmental protection trade develop stronger. From red tide assault the coast of south

china to the pollution of Yangtze river and pearl river, from the environmental

degradation caused by endless mining in north China to groundwater pollution caused

by heavy metals in south China,nation starts pay attention on environmental events.

With the nation's publishing more policies,environmental impact assessment achieves

development. In this situation,how can do something for environmental Science

Research institute of Tongliao city decide its own fate.

In this thesis, we will help environmental Science Research institute of Tongliao

city to do some tactics through investigate its development situation and market

situation,summarize its advantages、disadvantages、opportunity、menace. Mainly

use the research methods include: use comparative analysis and SWOT analysis to find

the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages future development of

environmental Science Research institute of Tongliao city.
