产学研合作促进了技术进步和经济发展,是加快我国技术创新步伐的重要方式。

根据自己在资源、人才、资金等方面的优势,产学研合作各方将企业的实践经验、教

学方的书本知识和科研方的研究成果相结合,以实现各方以及整个组织的效率最大

化。随着知识经济时代的到来,知识的关键作用已经受到了重视。产学研合作作为提

升产业技术能力和竞争能力的重要机制,是通过知识的流动进行的,进而形成知识链,

因此,要想提高产学研合作的运行效率,就要对产学研合作中的知识链进行管理。综

上所述,对产学研合作中的知识链管理进行研究具有重要意义。

本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,运用生态势理论研究产学研知识链,其隐含

的基本假设是把特定地区的产学研知识链系统看作一个生态系统,运用系统动力学的

方法研究其运行机理。论文首先阐述了研究的背景、目的及意义,通过对国内外研究

现状进行回顾并加以评述,构建了文章的结构框架。在对产学研知识链管理相关理论

进行介绍的基础上,分析了目前我国产学研合作的现状,探讨了我国产学研合作中存

在的不足之处,从而提出以生态势为视角研究产学研知识链管理的理论基础。通过对

于产学研知识链生态系统的生态因子进行确定,建立了产学研知识链管理模型,并运

用系统动力学方法对其进行仿真。为了对模型的科学性和有效性进行验证,根据已建

立的产学研知识链管理模型对蒙牛集团进行实证分析,提出产学研知识链管理的对策

与建议,以期对我国其他产学研合作组织提供一定理论指导。

Abstract

Industry-university-research cooperation promotes the technological progress and

economic development, it is an important way to speed up the pace of technological

innovation in our country. According to the advantages in aspects of resources, talents,

capita^ production and so on,all parties combine practice experience of enterprise, book

knowledge of teaching party and research results of scientific research party, in order to

realize the maximal efficiency of all parties and the whole organization. Along with the

advent of knowledge economy era,the key effect of knowledge has been paid attention by

society. As the important mechanism to promote industrial technology and competition

ability, is conducted by the flow of knowledge which forms knowledge chain. So paying

attention to knowledge chain management in industry-university-research cooperation is

way to improve operation efficiency. In conclusion, the study is of important significance.

On the basis of using for reference of predecessors1 research results, this paper applies

theory of ecological potential to research knowledge chain of industry-university-research

cooperation, the underlying basic assumption is that it is regarded as ecological system in

the specific areas,using system dynamics method to study operating mechanism. First, the

paper elaborates background, purpose and significance. Through the review and comment

of the status quo of domestic and foreign research, it builds the structure frame of the paper.

On the basis of introducing the related theories of knowledge chain management and

analyzing of the current status quo of industry-university-research coop订ation in our

country, the paper discusses the shortcomings existing in it of in our country, thus puts

forward the theoretical basis of knowledge chain management in the perspective of

ecological potential. Through confirming the ecological factors for the ecological system,

the paper establishes model using system dynamics method to simulation. In order to

verify the scientific nature and effectiveness of the model, the paper analyzes Mengniu

milk industry according to the model has been established, the paper puts forward the

countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide certain theoretical guidance to the

other industry-university-research cooperation organizations in our country.
