竞争实力的重要指标之一,因此,对企业的技术创新战略进行调查研究,具有重

要的现实意义。

盘锦和运实业集团是盘锦市成长最迅速,实力最强,规模最大的民营企业,

在和运集团不断发展壮大过程中,技术创新作为企业一以贯之的发展战略发挥了

不可替代的作用,是企业实现转型升级的主要动力。本文对企业个案的分析,以

点代面对技术创新战略在企业发展过程中的应用进行有益探索,结合MBA相关知

识及分析方法,提升对技术创新管理的调研深度与广度,以期对企业在技术创新

战略的选择和实施过程中能有所借鉴。

通过阅览企业技术创新管理文献资料,结合国内外研究现状、成果,构建SWOT

分析模型,对盘锦和运实业集团公司发展优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行全面系统

分析,找出企业发展的不足之处,提出企业实施技术创新战略的必要性。重点对

盘锦和运集团公司技术创新发展战略实施情况全面调查研究,分析其对企业发展

起到的积极作用;总结战略有效实施的保障措施;谋划企业创新战略未来发展方

向等。

通过对盘锦和运实业集团有限公司技术创新战略的调查研究分析,较全面了

解当前我国中小企业技术创新的特点、动因与过程;清楚企业技术创新战略的运

作;对其成功的经验进行总结,论证了技术创新战略实施能够增强企业核心竞争

力,技术创新是竞争优势的再造,是产业转型升级的主要抓手。在全球经济一体

化和国内市场经济日益发展的情况下,企业间的竞争日趋激烈,企业要求生存、

发展,必须依靠不断技术创新实现可持续发展。

ABSTRACT

Technology innovation ability is one of the important indexes to measure a

country's development speed, is also one of the important indexes to measure the

enterprise's competitive power. Therefore, the investigation and study on the enterprise

innovation strategy has the important practical significance.

Panjin HeYun Industrial Group is the most rapidly growing, the strongest, the

largest private enterprise in Panjin city. In the enterprise development process, the

development strategy of technology innovation as one principle that runs through it all

plays an irreplaceable role, and also is the main power to realize the enterprise's

transformation and upgrading. Through the analysis of the case, the paper has a useful

exploration of the technology innovation strategy application in the enterprise

development process, combining with MBA related knowledge and analysis methods,

enhances the research depth and the breadth of the technology innovation management,

so as to provide some references for enterprises in the selection and implementation of

technology innovation strategy.

Through the reading of enterprise technology innovation management literature,

combining with the status quo and the achievements at home and abroad, building the

SWOT analysis model, carries on a comprehensive and scientific analysis on the

development advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Panjin HeYun

Industrial Group to find out the disadvantages of the enterprise development and point

out the need for the enterprise to implement technology innovation strategy. Focusing

on the comprehensive investigation of the technology innovation development strategy

implementation of Panjin HeYun Industrial Group , analyzes the positive effects of the

development of the enterprise; summarizes the effective safeguard measures of

implementation of the strategy ; plans the future development direction of the enterprise

innovation strategy.

Through the study and analysis of the technology innovation strategy of Panjin

HeYun Industrial Group, has a more comprehensive understanding of the current

characteristics, motive and process of the technology innovation of SMEs in China ;

understands the enterprise's operation of technology innovation strategy;

summarizes the successful experiences and demonstrates that the implementation of
