摘 要
拜耳作物科学有限公司是一家全球化企业,2001 年进入中国,在作物保护、
生物科学、农业领域方面有很强的竞争力,是农业研究最大的机构之一。本文
基于战略管理和竞争战略理论,对拜耳作物科学(中国)有限公司当前所面临
的问题进行了研究,并且制定了该公司在未来五年的发展战略计划。

本文运用战略管理的分析方法和模型,对该公司的战略进行分析。采用 SWOT
分析方法,深入地分析了其外部环境的机会和威胁。以外部环境的研究作为战
略计划的基础。基于人力资源管理和市场营销的优势,对该公司内部环境的优
势和劣势进行分析。通过对该公司进行 BCG 矩阵分析,基于人力资源和财务管
理体系以及中国农作物的市场环境,提出了拜耳作物科学有限公司在中国发展
的战略措施。

本论文综述了 SWOT 和 BCG 等传统战略管理的研究方法,全面分析了拜耳作
物科学有限公司在发展中出现的问题。其研究目的是使公司进一步发展,核心
思想是使该公司通过与其他农业公司合作,共享生产技术如生产线和管理方法
等资源,实现双赢。

Abstract
Bayer Crop Science Ltd. Company is a global enterprise with core competencies in
the fields of crop protection, bioscience and agriculture industry. It entered China in
2001 and is one of the largest corporate investors in fundamental agricultural
research. In this paper, based on the theories of strategic management and
competitive strategy, the issues that Bayer Crop Science Ltd. in China faces in its
development are studied, and the strategic development plan for the company in the
next five years is established.
In this paper, several strategic management analysis methods and models are
introduced. The based on current Bayer Crop Science Ltd. Company’s development
strategy, its external environment is analyzed, which is the foundation of strategic
planning. Using the SWOT method, the opportunities and threats to the company in
the external environment is discussed in depth. Also Bayer Crop Science Ltd.
Company’s internal environmental analysis is completed which focuses on the
strengths and weaknesses of the company based on its advantages in human
resources management, marketing development. Analysis the BCG matrix, Bayer
Crop Science Ltd. Company enters the China agriculture market respectively;
corresponding measures are put forward from the field of human resources, financial
management and marketing also suggested the Agricultural plan response for China
agriculture.
