摘 要
在高校智能水电表行业面临前所未有的机遇与挑战背景下,CQC 公司正处于持续增
长发展的关键时期,如何选择恰当合理的竞争战略，同时保障有效的实施，是公司未来
取得竞争优势并赢得最终成功的关键所在。根据 CQC 公司所处的外部行业竞争环境和
CQC 公司具备的内部资源的情况,构建 CQC 公司的外部和内部因素评价矩阵，并分析公
司所具备的的优势和劣势,通过SWOT矩阵找出公司应采取的各种可能的备选方案,运用
SWOT四半维平面坐标模型确定公司的最佳战略方案组合是SO战略组合,采用QSPM分析
法对 SO 战略组合进行评价。结果表明:公司的最优竞争战略是把握市场机遇、技术领
先战略。根据 CQC 公司的竞争战略选择结果,运用竞争战略管理理论,从技术领先、开
拓市场、提升客服质量、加强合作四个方面制定了公司详尽的竞争战略实施方案，以
及公司竞争战略实施方案的评估体系和实施保障机制

Abstract
Under the context that intelligent water and electricity meter industry faces unprecedented
opportunities and challenges , CQC company is in the key period of sustained growth
development.How to choose appropriate competitive strategy ,implementate effectively and
gain a competitive advantage determines the ultimate success of the company's future .
According to the CQC company's internal resources and external industry competition
environment, I construct the CQC company's internal and external factor evaluation matrix,
analyze the the advantages and disadvantages of the company and apply SWOT matrix to
find all kinds of possible alternatives the company should take. Applying SWOT four half
dimension plane coordinate model , the company's best strategy combination is SO
combination strategy. Then I use QSPM analysis to evaluate the SO strategic combination.
The results show that the company's optimal competitive strategy is to grasp the market
opportunity and leading technology strategy. According to the CQC company competitive
strategy choice results, applying competitive strategy management theory, I make the
company detailed competition strategy implementation plan, the company competitive
strategy implementation plan evaluation system and the implementation of the safeguard
mechanism from the four aspects, improve technology, expand the market, improve
customer service quality, and strenthen cooperation.
