本文运用 SCP 模型、SWOT 模型和五力模型对 FF 公司的竞争环境进行分析,得出
企业物流资源整合的必要性。通过深入调研,全方位的了解了 FF 公司的物流资源现状,
并按照国家标准对 FF 公司的物流运作成本进行了分析,从五个方面总结出企业物流运
作存在的问题。论文以现代物流理念和管理机制为指导,得出企业物流资源整合的思路。
按照企业物流资源整合的思路,运用流程再造的手段对 FF 公司物流组织结构进行了重
组,根据新的组织结构再造了公司的运作流程,强化了公司的物流成本控制,优化了公
司的物流运作操作,规划设计了公司物流信息系统,打造 FF 公司整体物流以提升企业
竞争力。

Abstract
More and more enterprises realize that logistic is the third source of profit. This article
aims to help FF company improve operation efficiency cut down running cost and improve
company competitiveness and developed to an energy resource group with the mission of
to be number one in China, famous around the world.
This paper get the necessity of enterprise logistic integrate through the analyze of SCP
model, SWOT model and five force model. By deep investigation, all round logistic resource
situation was well knew. And we analyzed logistic running cost in accordance with national
standard, concluded the crux of present logistic operation from 5 aspects. The paper takes
modern logistic philosophy and management mechanism as guidance, and get the enterprise
logistic integrate frame. According to the logistic integrate frame, company structure were
reorganized through process reengineering. The new structure optimized the company running,
and controlled logistic cost, optimized logistic operation, planed logistic information system,
and improved the company competiveness.
