摘要
随着全球经济一体化的日渐形成以及我国市场经济的日益完善,中国逐渐成为“钓具制造
大国”,但是随着国际贸易的萎缩,海外市场幵拓难度加大,行业内部的竞争日趋激烈,对国内
市场的争夺进入到白热化阶段。“小、散、弱”的行业特征制约了钓具制造行业进一步发展,如
何选择运营策略成为众多企业面临的问题,他们在实践中也做出了大量的尝试和探索
中国钓具制造企业中的规模企业少,钓具产品极强的应用性和明显的区域性,造就了分散
经营、各自发展、“小快灵”的钓具制造行业,各个企业具备一定的“隐形优势”或“关键优势”,
生存容易,发展难;在订单量减少,幵工不足的当前市场环境下,如何通过发挥自身独特的优
势在钓具市场的竞争中谋得一席之地,成为众多钓具制造厂家面临的紧迫问题。显然,随着我
国市场经济的不断发展和日益规范,钓具制造企业不能靠小打小闹或钻空子来获取自身的成功
和持续发展,那些缺乏运营策略的企业在激烈的市场中难免会被淘汰,选择适合钓具制造企业
的运营策略是极其重要的
为此,本文结合前人的研究成果,用实证研究和案例分析的方法对中国钓具制造企业竞合
策略确定和实施进行了一系列研究。在对中国钓具制造企业内、外部环境分析的基础上得出中
国钓具制造企业釆用竞合策略的必然性;在对中国钓具制造企业竞合动因分析过程中,得出竞
争对中国钓具制造企业的必要性;通过对中国钓具制造企业竞合的实现机制的分析,,阐明中国
钓具制造企业竞合策略在企业中的具体运用
本文得出的核心论点主要有以下三个:第一,中国钓具制造企业要想在竞争激烈的市场环
境屮取得生存和发展的机会,竞合策略是其最理想的选择;第二,中国钓具制造企业竞合策略
选择:横向竞合模式、纵向竞合模式和电子商务竞合模式三种;第三,本文阐述了中国钓具制
造企业竞合策略实施所需要的保障,即协调机制、监管机制、信任机制和保障机制,竞合只有
在发挥各自核心优势,不断持续生产时,企业才能使获得持续竞争优势

Abstract
With the global economic integration is formed with each passing day and China's market
economy increasingly perfect,China has gradually become the ” fishing tackle manufacturing big
country ,But with the development of the international trade atrophy,the difficulty to develop the
overseas market is being increased, industry competition is intense with each passing day,on the
domestic market competition into the white-hot stage. Small,medicinal powder, weak ” industry
characteristics restricted the further development of fishing tackle manufacturing industry, how to
choose the strategy of many enterprises become the problems in practice, they also made many
attempts and exploration.
There is little big scale enterprise in Chinese fishing tackle manufacturing ,highly practical and
significant regional of fishing tackle products,creating a decentralized management, respective
development, ” small fast spiritM fishing tackle manufacturing industry,each enterprise to have certain
“invisible advantageorkey advantage live easily, it is difficult to develop;Along with the
amount of orders to reduce,and the current market environment of underemployment,how to give full
play to their own advantages in the market competition for a space, as the pressing problems of many
fishing tackle manufacturers to facing. Absolutely,along with our country market economy and the
continuous development of increasingly standardized,fishing tackle manufacturing enterprises can not
rely on minor or a chance to get their own success and sustained development,The lack of operational
strategy of enterprises in the fierce market will be eliminated,selection of suitable for fishing tackle
manufacturing enterprises operating strategy is extremely important.
So,this article combined with the former research results,using empirical research and case
analysis method on Chinese fishing tackle manufacturing enterprises co-opetition strategies to identify
and implement a series of research. On the Chinese fishing tackle manufacturing enterprise, external
environment analysis is drawn on the basis of Chinese fishing tackle manufacturing enterprises based
on co-opetition strategy necessity;On the Chinese fishing tackle manufacturing enterprises competing
motivations in the process of the analysis, reach competition on Chinese fishing tackle manufacturing
enterprises need;Through to the Chinese fishing tackle manufacturers competing mechanism analysis,
clarify, Chinese fishing tackle manufacturing enterprises Co-opetition Strategy in enterprise's concrete
application.
The core argument mainly of this article has the following three:FirstChinese fishing tackle
manufacturing enterprises want to survival and development opportunities in the fierce competition in
the market environment,competitive sttategy is the best choice.Second5Chinese fishing tackle

cooperation model,longitudinal pattern of competition and cooperation and electronic commerce
competition mode.Third,this paper expounds the Chinese fishing tackle manufacturing enterprises
competing strategies needed for security,As the coordination mechanism,regulatory mechanism,trust
mechanism and guarantee mechanismpeting only in their respective core advantages, continuous
production,enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
