摘要
教育行业中的幼儿教育是一个关系着国家未来、民族兴旺和千万家庭的行
业,选择一款好的幼教产品无疑会让孩子在成长的路上“事半功倍”。随着现代
家庭经济条件的改善和新一代教育理念的快速传播,在以深圳为代表的国内大多
数城市中,婴幼儿教育及其相关产品在未来一段时期内将会拥有庞大的市场需求
和广阔的发展前景。同时,深圳商事登记制度的改革和移动互联网的快速发展给
我们的创业带来了机会。
本文运用创业管理的相关理论,通过对现实中的两组场景进行分析,从深圳
的创业环境和移动互联网时代的商业特点出发,以提供一款供6岁以下婴幼儿使
用,无伤害、好玩、益智为需求导向的幼教产品——点读笔为出发点,拟创办深
圳市幸福童年点读笔有限公司。本文通过市场问卷调查的形式来发现需求,从分
析幼教产品市场规模和扩展潜力、生命周期,从生产运作、营销、消费体验、竞
争战略等方面出发,建立创业团队,进行财务预测,提出组织结构和公司文化与
管理,从而建立公司020新型商务模式,分享在移动互联网时代线上线下互动、
虚实结合的生活方式,从而为幸福童年点读笔提供创业计划和理论指导。
通过估算,公司前期股东实际投入资金300万,预计贴现投资回收期为
3.12年,五年内部收益率为43.92%。这是一个赢利性好、前景光明的创业投资
项目,文章结尾总结了公司创业的可行性及不足之处。

Abstract
The nursery education is an industry which relates to the country future,nation
prosperity and thousands of family. There is no denying that choosing a good
preschool education product is very crucial during the growth of children. With the
improvement of family economic conditions and the rapid spread of the new
generation of education concept, infant education and relative products will own huge
market demand and broad development prospect in the near future in big cities such
as Shenzhen. Meanwhile, the reform of business registration of Shenzhen and rapid
development of mobile internet gives us many opportunities to do pioneering work.
This passage use relative theory of business management and analyze the two
scenes in reality, and entrepreneurial as well as the business future in the mobile
internet age. Take the reading pen as a starting point,which is a harmless,interesting
and good for intelligence for the children under six can use it. So that I can set up a
company producing reading pen named “Happy Childhood”. The text will find
demand in the form questionnaire analyze the market scale of infant education
