摘要
快递是指文件、包裹和货物的递送服务。快递行业是交通运输业的一个分支,
是新兴的高速发展的朝阳行业。快递行业是一个长期高投入、高科技、劳动密集
型的服务性行业。运用高科技手段整合所有运输环节,并与信息技术有机融合,
以较快的时效为客户创造价值,与产业、经济发展密不可分。快递通过高科技整
合多种运输资源,优秀的快递企业通过运用手持式数据终端、全球卫星定位、全
自动分拣等高科技手段,整合包括航空货运、公路运输、铁路运输等多种运输方
式,在不同运输方式的衔接环节保持运作调度、信息流转和操作标准的高度融合
和协调一致,从而确保货物安全、快速地送达客户指定地址。
近几年来,随着电子商务的不断发展,物流业尤其是快递业进入了一个快速
发展的周期。随着国际贸易业务的加强和多样化,以及我国快递市场的不断开放,
快递业面临着巨大的发展机遇和挑战。企业必须充分利用信息技术,优化资源利
用,提高应变能力,而实施企业资源计划 ERP 有利于改变陈旧的管理模式,提升
管理水平和竞争能力。但从我国企业 ERP 的实施现状来看,如今尚处在发展阶段。
虽然已有许多企业购买并实施了 ERP 系统,但 ERP 实施的失败率依然很高。这种
情况,在 ERP 应用不成熟的中国市场表现得尤为明显。如何在 ERP 实施这条布满
荆棘的大道上一路走好,是众多企业越来越迫切需要解决的问题。
本文介绍了 ABC 集团的 ERP 项目实施规划,分析了其业务现状,并设计了未
来的蓝图规划。在业务现状分析中着重说明了 ABC 公司的战略与管理运作模式,
分别从组织、产品等方面的相关现状进行诊断,并针对新的需求予以分析,除了
业务需求以外,同时也提出了决策支持体系需求。在系统设计中,分别分析了蓝
图框架,包括运营管理、客户关系管理、人力资源管理、资产管理、资金管理、
战略管理、项目管理营运管理等各流程应用功能规划,以及基础设置配置规划。
本文涉及财务管理、管理信息系统(MIS)、组织行为学、项目管理等相关
理论,运用了调查研究法、实验研究法、比较研究法,在此基础上,推导快递行
业 ERP 系统设计的原则,希望对即将实施 ERP 项目的快递企业提供一定的参考和
借鉴,提高我国快递企业应用 ERP 的成功率。

Abstract
Express refers to express delivery of files, parcels and other contents. As a
branch of the Logistics industry, express delivery is a sunrise industry with rapid
development. Express industry is a labor-intensive service industry supported by
long-term investment and hi-tech. The use of Integration of all transportation links
with hi-tech means, perfect combination with information technologies to create
values for customers within the shortest time possible, closely related to industrial and
economic development.Express through high-tech integration of a variety of
transportation resources, top-notch enterprises is by taking advantage of hand-hold
terminals, global satellite positioning systems, automatic sorting systems and other
high-tech means to integrate various modes of transportation, such as air, land and
railways. In addition, such enterprises will ensure perfect harmony between operation
scheduling of various means of transportation, information transmission and operating
standards for the purpose of ensuring that shipments are safe and can be delivered to
customers efficiently.
In recent years, with the continuous development of e-commerce, Express,
especially the express delivery industry has entered a rapid development cycle. With
the strengthening and diversification of international trade business, also the
increasing openness of China's Express market, the Express industry is facing
enormous development opportunities and challenges. Enterprises must make full use
of information technology to optimize resource utilization, and improve the ability to
respond, and the implementation of the enterprise resource planning ERP help to
change the old management model to enhance the management level and
competitiveness. However, from the current situation of our enterprise ERP
implementation to see, now it is still in the development stage. Even though many
enterprises have purchased and implemented the ERP system, but there is still very
high failure rate of ERP implementation. This case, the ERP application immature
Chinese market has been particularly evident. How ERP well implementation to this
thorny Avenue all the way, is many enterprises increasingly urgent need to address
