摘要
快件处理对时限要求很高,尤其是国际快件的处理涉及到多个部门:海关、
检验检疫局、安全厅等,如何保证短时间内快速完成国际快件的查验放行是急需
解决的问题。2000年以来在全国各大口岸城市如北京、上海、广州等地先后成
立快件监#中心,各服务单位如海关、检验检疫局、报关行等在中心设立办事处,
为各快件公司提供一条龙的通关服务,这种集中监管的模式大大加快了通关速
度,受到了市场的极大认可,大批快件公司的入驻为中心带来了可观的收益。
迅达公司地处福州,从事国际快件业务多年,对国际快件的监管流程极为熟
悉,因公司股权变更,公司经营方向调整,经申请现已通过国家相关部门审批,
获得快件监管中心的运营权。本文将为迅达公司开办的福州快件监管中心编写商

Abstract
Express processing have very high requirement for time, especially
for the international express mail processing involves many departments:
customs, inspection and quarantine bureau, security hall, etc., how to
ensure that complete international express the examination in a short time
is a very urgent problem to solve. Since 2000 in each national big port
cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou have established express
supervision center, each service such as customs, inspection and
quarantine, customs broker has set up offices in the center, all of these
provide one-stop service for the express companies, this kind of mode has
speed up the customs clearance greatly,and also get a big recognition
from the market, furthemore, they has brought considerable benefits for
many Courier company .
Xun Da company is located in Fuzhou,engaged in international express
business for many years, and Hao Jie company is very familiar with for
international express mail of the regulatory process, because of the
change of company shares and the company’ s business direction,after the
application it has got the right to run the supervision center through
the national related department for examination and approval. This
article will be opened for Hao Jie company fuzhou express supervision
center to write a business plan. Research results show that the express
focus regulation as an emerging industry, the market development prospect
is good, Xun Da company is an investment company in the fuzhou express
regulation center, through effective management can produce good
benefits.
