摘要
随着我国经济快速发展和经济结构的不断优化和升级,我国企业的发展逐渐向集
团化、规模化经营迈进。但企业的集团化和规模化的弊端也逐渐显现出来。企业如何
摆脱困境、实现新的飞跃是值得研宄的重要课题。

本研宄从黄金矿山企业着手,应用系统分析方法,分析了吉林省黄金矿山企业竞
争力。首先从概念入手论述了黄金矿山企业竞争力的基本理论;其次从理论和实践两
个方面进行了积极有益的探索,深入研宄影响吉林省A黄金矿山企业竞争能力的因素,
构建了A黄金矿山企业评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并通过集值统
计方法客观评价了吉林省A黄金矿山企业竞争能力,根据评价结果提出A黄金矿山企
业竞争力应采取的有效措施。本研宄对吉林省、东北地区乃至全国的黄金矿山企业的
发展建设具有重要的指导意义。

ABSTRACT

With the development of Chinese gold industry is changing from planned economy to

market economy transition, forward to the realization of the group,large-scale operation,

facing the gold mining enterprises problems increasingly exposed, how to get rid of the

trouble, achieve a new leap is an important topic worthy of study.

This study from two aspects of theory and practice, explores the factors, in-depth

study of competition ability of Jilin province A gold mining enterprise, constructs the

evaluation index system of A gold mining enterprises, the use of AHP to determine tiie

index weight, and through the set-valued statistical method to evaluate the competitive

ability of Jilin province A gold mining enterprises, according to the evaluation results put

forward effective measures of competitiveness of A gold milling enterprises should take.Has

the important guiding significance of the study on the development and construction of Jilin

Provincenortheast region and the countryfs gold mines.
