ABSTRACT
As an important means of human resource management, performance appraisal, has
become the important way for hospital to enhance the performance of organizations and
individuals,performance appraisal index system to improve and innovation of the hospital
work, comprehensive evaluation of department and staff,is the hospital managers must face
the problem.
Based on the large state-owned enterprises affiliated hospital A hospital as the research
object, according to the modern human resource management, performance evaluation and
other related theories,scientific methods used in existence, and comprehensive analysis of
the status of the hospital performance appraisal on the basis of the problem, the Balanced
Scorecard and key performance indicators of the performance management tool to the
hospital, to optimize the design of the original performance appraisal index system, the
establishment of a system of performance evaluation index system of department, and
evaluate the implementation effect of the optimization system, and determines the direction
of future efforts.
In this paper, in the hope that the performance appraisal and performance management
and promote A hospital at the same time,to provide a vivid case studies and practical
guiding significance to establish performance appraisal index system for public hospitals.
