c公司所处的轮胎行业,在全球经济发展处于弱势的情况下,面临着巨大的压力、
激烈的竞争和强烈的挑战,公司原有的运转方式难以满足和应对这种局面。公司必须加
强供应链管理,而釆购管理又是供应链管理的重要环节。本文选取C公司釆购管理来展
开研宄,以帮助C公司优化采购管理,降低成本,提高采购工作效率,进而提高企业竞
争力。
本文基于供应链和采购管理相关理论,综合运用文献调研、问卷调查和SWOT分析等
研宄方法,对C公司的采购管理展开研宄。首先,阐述C公司采购管理的现状并运用SWOT
分析方法来分析C公司所处的内外部环境。其次,运用问卷调查对C公司采购管理相关内
部人员和供应商进行调査,根据问卷调查结果进行计算分析,以确定C公司采购管理存
在的主要问题及产生问题的原因。最后,针对问题和公司现状提出C公司采购管理的优
化方案。希望文中采购管理的优化措施对类似企业的采购管理优化有借鉴作用。

Procurement Management Research for Company C
Abstract
The tire industry Company C belongs to is now confronted with great pressure, fierce
competition and strong challenge under current global economic recession, the old operating
way of Company C is difficult to deal with this situation. Therefore Company C must
strengthen the management of its supply chain, in which Procurement management is a very
important segment. This article selects Company C's Procurement management as a study
subject to help Company C optimizes Procurement management, reduce cost, improve
Procurement efficiency,and thus enhance company's competitiveness.
This paper studies on Company C's Procurement management work based on the related
theory of supply chain and Procurement management, using the method of literature research,
questionnaire investigation and SWOT analysis. First,to describing current Procurement
management situation of Company C and adopt SWOT analysis method to analyze the
internal and external environment of Company C. Second, the form of questionnaire
investigation is to gather feedback from Company C related internal staff and its vendors,
calculate and analyze the questionnaire investigation results, identify the major issues of
Company C Procurement/sourcing management. Last, propose the optimization plan
according to the issues identified and company's current situation. Hope that the procurement
management optimization measures in this article would be helpful on a similar business
procurement management optimization.
