摘要

20多年来,我国的志愿服务以春风之势迅速发展。医务志愿者在医院以第三方的视
角,通过为患者提供公益服务,为维护就诊秩序、密切医患关系发挥了重要作用。目前
国内不少医院在探索医务志愿者管理的前期阶段尝试了各种管理方式和发展路径,这些
尝试也颇具意义并取得了一些成果。而在接下来的发展过程中,如何规范志愿者管理流
程、建立有效的运作和保障机制则是有待深入探讨和研究的问题。本文以华山医院医务
志愿者基地作为一个案例,对其发展出来的激励机制进行研究分析,也将综合运用国内
相关激励机制理论作为对比参照,并使用问卷调查的方式作为资料收集的主要方法,同
时结合华山医院医务志愿者管理目标及实际操作情况,力图优化华山医院目前的激励机
制,以促进这支医务志愿者队伍的和谐发展。本文着眼于以华山医院为例的管理实践,
而华山医院作为三级甲等综合性公立医院,对于其他医院具有较高的影响力和参考价
值。因此,也希望本文的研究成果对于其他医院的志愿者团队产生一定的参考价值。

Incentive Mechanism Research in the Medical Volunteer of Huashan

Hospital

Abstract

In nearly 20 years, China's volunteer service is in the period of rapid development. With

third-party perspective, volunteers in hospital play an important role through the services for

patients, the maintenance for treatment order, and the remission for doctor-patient relationship.

Nowadays, many hospitals have tried a variety of management and development ways in the

early stages of medical volunteers' management, and they have achieved some results. But In

the next development process, we need further discussion and study how to regulate the

volunteers management process, and how to establish the effective security mechanism. In

this paper, Huashan Hospital as a medical volunteer base case, research and analysis of the

volunteers' incentives mechanism will be launch out, with domestic incentives theories as

comparative reference and questionnaires as the main method of data collection. According to

the management objectives and actual operating conditions, the incentives mechanism will be

optimized to promote the harmonious development of medical volunteers. As a three-level A

public hospital, Huashan Hospital has high influence among the hospitals in China. Therefore,

I hope this research of medical volunteers will have some reference value.
