本文以高密市为例,通过实证分析对高密市工业化与信息化融合的影响因素

进行评价研究,并利用数据模型定量和定性研究高密市两化融合的发展水平,从

区域、行业和企业三个层面上分别对高密市两化融合影响因素进行评价:

区域层面上的研究,根据高密市两化融合测评指标体系建立的原则,结合国

内外专家学者已有的研究成果,从高密工业实际出发,选取5项二级指标和29项

单项指标建立评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对高密市工业化与信息化融合的影

响因素进行初步评价,最后得到高密市不同影响因素对工业企业发展的贡献率。

研究结果表明:自2005年以来高密市工业化与信息化融合水平呈逐年稳步增长

态势,提升速度比较快,说明高密市工业经济发展趋向优化,由较低水平向更高

层次发展。

行业和企业层面上的工业化与信息化融合水平的研究以调查问卷的形式进

行,通过调研及专家访问,设计高密市工业企业、行业两化融合指标体系及调查

问卷,通过模型对企业、行业进行评价,划分出高密市企业两化融合水平的优、

良、中、低、差等级类型、找出高密市不NJ行业、不IMJ规模的企业信息化发展水

平。研究结果表明:①两化融合优秀的企业以大中型企业和知识密集型企业占比

例较高。②两化融合良的企业主要集中在近几年发展起来的电子信息产业。③两

化融合中的企业主要分布在传统产业发展起来的中型企业和新兴产业的知识密

集型企业及部分普通制造业。通过对高密市两化融合定性分析研究结果表明:①

信息化的发展形成新的产品供需结构。②信息化提高了企业的生产效率。

基于研究结果,揭示高密市规模企业发展过程中所存在的问题,提出加快县

域工业化和信息化融合发展的措施及建议,进一步为未来高密市工业经济的科学

发展、持续发展、健康发展提供理论支持和具体措施,为政府制定工业经济发展

政策提供参考依据。

RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION OF THE

INFLUENCING FACTORS OF THE

INDUSTRIALIZATION AND

INFORMATIZATION FUSION IN GAOMI CITY

ABSTRACT

In this thesis, we take the city Gaomi as a case to make evaluation research of the

influencing factors of the industrialization and informatization fusion of this city

through empirical analysis. Meanwhile, this thesis also uses quantitative and

qualitative methodologies based on a data model to research the developmental level

of the industrialization and informatization fusion in this city. The research of the

influencing factors of industrialization and informatization fusion is based on three

aspects: region, industry and enterprise.

On the level of region,according to the evaluating principles of the

industrialization and informatization fusion in Gaomi, combining with the existing

research results of both domestic and foreign experts and scholars,from the industrial

situation in Gaomi, this thesis chooses 5 secondary indexes and 29 individual indexes

to establish the evaluating system. It uses the arithmetic method to make preliminary

assessments of the influencing factors of the industrialization and informatization

fusion in Gaomi. Then we work out the contribution rate of different influencing

factors for the development of industrial enterprises in Gaomi. The result proves that:

the level in Gaomi's industrialization and informatization fusion was developing

steadily and rapidly year by year since 2005. It means the development of the

industrial economy in Gaomi tends to be optimizing and is developing to a high level.

The research on the aspects of industry and enterprise of the fusion is

implemented in the form of questionnaire. In this thesis, by means of investigation and

expert interviews, a certain kind of questionnaire is designed to evaluate the

industrialization and informatization fusion of all the industrial enterprises and

industries in Gaomi. Then a model evaluating the enterprises and industries in Gaomi

is built to divide all those enterprises into three levels: Excellent, Good,Average and

Poor. This model is used to determine the ftision level of different industries and scales.

The result shows that: Enterprises of Excellent level are meanly large or medium

enterprises and knowledge-intensive enterprises. Enterprises of Good level are

meanly the electronic information enterprises which have developed in recent years.

③Enterprises of Average level are meanly distributed in the medium enterprises

developed from traditional industries, the knowledge-intensive enterprises of emerging

industries and some enterprises of general manufacturing industries. The qualitative

analysis result in Gaomi's industrialization and informatization fusion shows that:

The development of informatization constructs a new product supply-demand

structure.②Informatization improves the efficiency of production.

Based on the research results, the problems that exist in the development process

of Gaomi's scale enterprises are revealed. And several measures and recommendations

are proposed to accelerate the development of county economy with the fusing of

industrialization and informatization. While proposing some theoretical supports and

specific measures for the scientific, sustainable and healthy development in Gaomi's

industrial economy in the future, this thesis provides a reference for the government's

policy-making on the development of the industrial economy.
