的战略和未来战略的分析,得出后 PC 时代,戴尔(中国)有限公司的战略选择。
文章还对戴尔(中国)有限公司的运营进行了分析,包括了六个方面:商业模式、
生产系统、摒弃库存、呼叫系统、企业文化和财务状况,所有的分析都是结合作
者本人在公司工作体会和当前实际情况进行了研究和分析。
戴尔(中国)有限公司虽然面临很多挑战,但也面临诸多的机会。尤其是在
中国的 4~6 级城市。

ABSTRACT
As a global leading PC company, Dell has improved the business revenue to 600
billion from 1000 dollars, which is a truly miracle in the PC business field .especially,
Dell (China) Co., Ltd Kept to high-speed development since it was founded in 1998.
However, in 2006, Dell Speed had been pulled down by its No.1 competitor --HP.
After that , Dell (China ) Co., Ltd slowed down its high-speed development ,that also
caused by some wrong business strategies .All that situations made Michael Dell back
to dell, to operate the whole company again, after he retired. meanwhile, there were two
challenges: firstly, the global economic crisis made the IT market gloomy .secondly ,the
whole IT market had moved to a post-PC era which is a big challenge to Dell, whose
foundation is PC manufacturing .this paper uses the enterprise strategy management
theory to discuss the business strategy in post-PC eraof Dell (china ) Co., Ltd.
This paper makes a brief introduction of Dell (China) Co., Ltd using the enterprise
strategy management theory to research the outer and inner environments, the related
market and competition background of Dell (China) Co., Ltd, to find out the advantage
and disadvantage ,challenge and opportunity with SWOT theory. At the end of the
content, to make a conclusion and get a solution ,the best strategy choice of Dell (China)
Co., Ltd.
What's more ,the paper also analysis the business running environments of Dell
(China) Co., Ltd ,which including six aspects: business model, manufacturing system,
abandoned stocks, call system, company culture and financial situation .all the analysis
points are based on my own working experience in Dell (China ) Co., Ltd.
Dell (China) Co., Ltd faces many challenges,at the same time, meets a lot of
opportunities. Especially in the small to medium sized cities in China.
