摘 要
本文以某E全球性企业下属ENET网络能源中国有限公司(简称ENET公司)UPS产
品的发展为研究对象,采用PEST分析、五力模型和SWOT分析,对E公司当前所处的
宏观环境、行业环境、同为母公司下属子公司间、企业发展中具备的优势和机会,面
临的劣势和威胁进行了全面地剖析和归纳。通过深入分析,利用定性与定量相结合的
分析方法,综合运用所学的战略管理等多种理论基础,针对外围环境和内部环境及企
业发展优胜劣汰的自然规律,以效率和成本为核心,围绕优化现有组织架构,简化现
有流程,降低成本,提高效率,分化战略性产品和非战略性产品,发展核心业务,高
效开发新兴产品为主线,探讨了 ENET公司的发展战略问题,确定符合ENET公司稳定
发展的战略选择:以成本领先战略为主导,技术战略、高效高质量战略相配合,辅以
市场营销战略、服务战略、人事等职能战略。
本文研究的结果对该企业发展的战略制定和选择有直接的指导作用,研究思路和
方法对其实施战略发展管理有重要的参考意义,并对同行业企业的战略发展研究具备
一定的参考价值。同时,中国人口红利的弱化和跨国企业下属子公司间的竞争,在一
定程度上反映了当前国内经济的改革和发展正在逐步迈向一个新阶段节能环保是
中国发展进程中的核心问题,而技术进步则是实现这一目标的关键所在,以“技术发
展为核心”对中国经济的进一步的改革与发展具有重要参考意义。

Abstract
This paper takes the development of UPS product from a global enterprise E
subordinate ENET Network Power Co., Ltd. (abb. ENET) as the research object, using the
PEST, five forces model and SWOT to analyzed and summarized the current
macroeconomic environment, industry environment, the advantage and opportunities, as well
as weakness and threats among different subsidiaries.
Using the methods of combination of qualitative and quantitative to analysis, and the
learning strategy management of the variety theoretical foundation, according to the external
and internal environment and survival of the fittest natural law, made the efficiency and cost
as the core, at the same time to optimize the current organizational structure and simply the
current process, so that can get the purpose of reducing cost, improving efficiency. We can
develop the core business by differentiating the strategic and non-strategic products, and
determine the stable development of the overall strategy of ENET: speeding up the
development and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises by using the
diversification strategy and integration. Diversification strategy is focusing on extension of
the core business of the enterprise, while integration emphasizes the shaping of the industry
chain, clearing that cost is the leadership of business, technology strategy, efficient and
high-quality strategic cooperates, and clearing the function of marketing strategy, operations
strategy, researching and development strategy.
The results of this research paper can directly guide enterprise to formulate and chose
company development strategy. The research ideas and methods of this paper have
significant meaning for company's implementation of the strategic development
management, and have certain reference value for research of the strategic development of
the same industries and enterprises. Meanwhile, from the weakening of China Demographic
dividend and the competition between multinational subsidiaries, it showed that the domestic
economic reform and development is moving to a phase-saving energy saving and protecting
environment is the core of the development process of China, while the key to achieve this
goal is technological. Taking technology development as the core for development has an
important reference for further reform and development of China's economy.
