摘要
在网络经济时代,企业发展和竞争的形式正逐步发生转变,技术创新联盟
成为可持续发展的关键因素,更是国家培育竞争优势的内在变量。技术发展日
新月异、经济全球化速度加快,很多企业的发展面临挑战,在同行业中竞争压
力增大,投资受到各方面因素影响,单一的企业所持有的资源己无法满足企业
高速发展需要,技术创新成为时代的主题,基于这样的大环境,如何更高效、
更快捷地获取资源、转化资源,培养和发展竞争优势成为企业不得不深思的问
题。为了降低企业经营风险,提高核心竞争力,企业间通过技术创新联盟实现
共赢,在技术创新联盟中,社会网络位置与关系对联盟绩效产生巨大影响,本
文通过理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法验证这三者之间的关系。
本文以资源依赖理论、交易成本理论、强弱关系理论、结构洞理论等为研
究基础,找出技术创新联盟社会网络与联盟绩效的内在联系和影响机理,探索
提高联盟绩效的途径,将技术创新从孤立的创新模式引向网络化的创新模式。
本文按照此研究思路,分为理论研究部分和实证研究部分。在查阅大量国内外
文献的基础上,以技术创新联盟社会网络对联盟绩效的影响为主线,探索网络
位置、网络关系、联盟绩效三者之间的内在联系。网络位置结构细分为程度中
心性、亲近中心性、中介中心性和结构洞;网络关系结构则为强弱关系、关系
持久性和关系多样性;联盟绩效从技术创新、经济效益和顾客满意三个方面衡
量。在相关研究的基础上提出三大假设。
实证研究部分主要是对理论假设的验证。建立概念模型后,基于此设计出
关于网络位置、网络关系、联盟绩效的测度量表,完成调查问卷,收集足够的
数据,并对数据进行效度和信度检验,可靠性通过后,建立结构方程模型,运
用相关软件进行验证,探索变量之间的相互作用机理。本文的研究结果说明技
术创新联盟中适当的社会网络位置、积极的社会网络关系对联盟绩效有促进作
用,为技术创新联盟的和谐发展和共生共赢提供一定的参考价值,为企业生产
和发展提供帮助,同时丰富了技术创新联盟社会网络的研究。

Abstract
In the network economy,enterprise development and competitiveness is
gradually shift form,technological innovation alliance become a key factor for
sustainable development, it is national foster competitive advantage inherent variables.
Technology is advancing rapidly, accelerated economic globalization , the
development of many enterprises face challenges in the industry increased
competitive pressures,investment will be various factors ’ some single enterprise
resource already held companies can not meet the needs of rapid development ,
technology innovation has become the theme of the times, based on this environment,
how to be more efficient,more efficient access to resources ’ the conversion of
resources,training and development have become a competitive advantage for
thought. In order to reduce business risk and improve core competitiv:參ess, achieve
win-win situation between enterprises through technical innovation alliance,the
Innovation Alliance,a social network location and relationships have a huge impact
on alliance performance,this paper studies the combination of theory and empirical
research methods verify the relationship between these three.
In this paper, resource dependence theory , transaction cost theory, the strength
of the relationship between theory and structural hole theory basis foMhe study to
identify the mechanism of internal relations and the impact of social networks and
alliances Performance Technology Innovation Alliance to explore ways to improve
the alliance performance,technological innovation from isolated innovation model
towards networked model of innovation . In this paper, according to this research
ideas,divided into portions theoretical research and empirical research part. In view
of the large number of domestic and foreign literature,based on the impact of
technological innovation alliance with the social network of alliance performance as
the main line,explore the network location,network relationships , the intrinsic link
between the three alliance performance . Network location structure subdivided into
degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweenness centrality and structural holes ;
networks compared to the strength of the relationship between the structure of the
relationship,the relationship between persistence and relationship diversity ; alliance
performance from technological innovation, economic efficiency and customer
satisfaction three aspect of the measureThree assumptions made on the basis of
relevant studies
Empirical research is to verify the theoretical assumptions. After creating a
conceptual model,based on this design on a network location,network,alliances
performance measure scale,completed questionnaires to collect enough data,and
data validity and reliability test,the reliability by establishing structural equation
model to validate the use of related software,explore the interaction mechanism
between variables. This article describes the results of technical innovation alliance
appropriate social network location,a positive relationship between social networks
can promote the performance of the Union,to provide a reference value for the
harmonious coexistence and win-win development and technical innovation alliance
for the production and development of help, while enriching the study of
technological innovation alliance of social networks .
