中国移动支付的商业模式研究
摘要
随着第三代移动通信技术(3G)在中国的大规模商用’以及移动互
联网技术、金融行业支付技术的不断进步,加速了金融支付行业和通
信服务行业的互联互通与合作。尽管中国的移动支付经过近几年的发
展,已经初步具备基本的移动支付环境,然而其发展却不尽如人意。
现代商业竞争不仅是产品服务之间的竞争,更是商业模式之间的竞争。
本文通过大量的国内外文献期刊等资料及业务实践方面的研究,着重
从创新商业模式的角度,分析中国的移动支付相关企业在规模化经营
中所遇到的问题,借鉴国外的移动支付业务开展的成功案例,提出中
国的移动支付产业各方需釆用开放合作共享的商圈体系,构建“多方
合作,优势互补"的合作分享式商业模式。
中国的移动支付有着巨大的发展前景,但仍然有很多的有利和不
利的发展因素。通过对移动支付的商业模式研宄与分析,希望为国内
移动支付产业发展提供借鉴,同时为正在积极参与移动支付产业的移
动运营商、金融机构、公交运营方等提供移动支付产业链定位与商业
模式搭建方面的建议,以期产业各方能开展合作大于竞争的关系,共
同推动中国的移动支付产业的高速发展,实现整体产业共赢。

ABSTRACT
As the third generation (3 G) mobile communication technology in
China's large-scale commercial launch, and mobile Internet technology,
the financial payment technology continues to progress, to accelerate the
connection and cooperation between the financial industry and mobile
internet industry. Through the development in recent years, mobile
payment Eco-system in China has been ready basically, though its
development is not satisfied. Modern business competition is not only the
competition between products and services, but also the competition
between business models. In this article, through large amount of
information and business practices such as literature periodicals and
abroad research, focusing on the analysis of Chinese mobile payment
related enterprises encountered problems in the scale management, draw
lessons from foreign the success of mobile payment business case, the
parties put forward Chinese mobile payment industry needs to adopt open
cooperation sharing business circle system, build "multi-party
cooperation, complementary advantages" share cooperation type business
model.
China's mobile payment has tremendous prospects for development,
but there is still a disconnection of the development of the situation.
Based on mobile payment business model research and analysis, hope to
provide reference for domestic mobile payment industry development, at
the same time are actively involved in the movement of the mobile
payment industry operators, financial institutions, such as public transport
operators to provide mobile payment industrial chain positioning and
