摘要
相比于国外,我国的民办幼儿园起步相对较晚,我国的民办幼儿园绝大多数是 20
世纪 90 年代或 21 世纪初兴建起来的,目前的发展还不是很平衡。有的办得很好,已经
形成了名优品牌;有的还在探索拼搏,争创名优;有数量较多的民办幼儿园管理薄弱、
师资不足、条件简陋、班额过大、安全隐患较多,“小学化”倾向明显等等
本文结合民办幼儿园山东省兖矿 GW 幼儿园经营管理中可能出现的一些问题,分析
了民办幼儿园现存的经营管理问题,借鉴现代企业管理和公共管理的先进理念,博采众
家之长,探索民办幼儿园管理的规律,将企业管理与教育管理有机结合,以期形成民办
幼儿园管理的模式,有助于民办幼儿园管理趋向于规范和有序。最后本文针对 GW 幼儿
园的个案研究,分析 GW 幼儿园的发展背景及当前面临的问题,然后对这些问题进行深
入研究,最后设计出一个目标清晰、能充分利用机会和发挥优势、切实可行的战略实施
方案。本文为 GW 幼儿园的发展提供了指引,同时对业内其它待转型的民办幼儿园制定
合适的发展战略有着较强的借鉴价值

Compared to domestic private kindergarten in China started relatively late, the vast majority
of private kindergartens in China is to build up in the 1990s or the early 2000s, the current
development is not balanced. Some do well, and has formed a famous brand; still exploring
some hard work, striving famous; There are a large number of private kindergartens weak
management, lack of teachers, poor condition, class sizes are too large, and safety risks.
Primary tendencies evident. In this paper, some of the problems that may arise in the
management of private kindergarten manager analyzes the private kindergarten existing
business management issues, learn from the advanced concepts of modern business
management and public administration, public gambling house long, to explore the private
kindergarten management law, the enterprise management and education management
combine to form a private kindergarten management mode, to help private kindergartens
management tend to be standardized and orderly.
