摘 要
天津石化公司是 1983 年 12 月 28 日在原天津市石油化学工业公司和天津石
油化纤总厂基础上组建的特大型石油化工化纤联合企业。天津石化多种经营伴
随着主业的发展而发展,至今已近二十年的历史,是天津石化公司和大港区地
方经济的重要组成部分,对天津石化的改革、稳定和发展起着极其重要的作用
本文在回溯了天津石化多种经营的发展历史并在分析现状的基础上,详细
研究了天津石化多种经营发展中存在的问题,通过对多种经营的内部条件、外
部环境的分析,确定了企业的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁
根据战略管理理论、管理统计学原理、市场营销理论等现代企业管理的基
本理论,运用 SWOT 等分析方法,对天津石化多种经营的发展战略进行了详尽
的研究,确定了天津石化多种经营发展的总体战略,并予以评价,进而制定了
今后一段时期内天津石化多种经营改革发展的分项发展战略—专业化重组战
略、产品开发战略、市场开发战略、人力资源战略等,针对不同战略特点,从
实际出发,提出了一些相应的实施对策,以便为天津石化多种经营战略选择提
供参考

ABSTRACT
Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation (hereinafter called TPCC) is an extra-large
united enterprise of petrochemical and fiber, it was founded on December 28, 1993 on
the basis of the original Tianjin Petroleum & Chemistry industry Company and Tianjin
Petroleum & Fiber Plant. TPCC's multi-business operation has been developing
together with the Company's main business, with a history of nearly 20 years. It has
been an important integral part of TPCC and Dagang District local economy, as well as
playing very significant role to TPCC's reform, stability and development.
This essay, on the basis of memory of TPCC's multi-business operation
development history and analyses current situation. Particularly research the problems
existing in the development of TPCC's multi-business operation. Through the analysis
over internal condition and external environment of TPCC's multi-business operation,
the enterprise's advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges have been
confirmed.
According to strategy management theory, management statistic principle,
marketing theory etc. basic theories of modern corporate management, the essay
conducts detailed research over the development strategy of TPCC's multi-business
operation by means of SWOT etc. methods. It maps out the overall strategy for TPCC's
multi-business operation development in the years ahead, and gives assessment as well.
Furthermore, it establishes sub-item development strategy for the reform and
development of TPCC's multi-business operation—professionalized restructuring
strategy, products development strategy, market development strategy and human
resources strategy etc..According to different strategy's features, based on reality, it puts
forward some relevant implementation measures so as to provide reference for the
strategy selection of TPCC's multi-business operation.
