首先,本文明确了供应商的分类和战略型供应商的定义,从理论角度介绍了
供应商管理的一般理论,并对战略型供应商管理的寻找、筛选、选择、绩效考核、
供应商关系管理等进行了深入的分析。
其次,本文以 A 公司为例,介绍了 2012 年前的供应商管理状况,认为存在供
应商系统化管理体系的缺失、供应商管理目标的缺失、供应商管理标准缺失等问
题,无序管理产生了严重的后果。接着介绍了 A 公司建立战略型供应商管理体系
的方案及实施步骤,根据战略型供应商绩效评估的结果,认为该方案取得初步成
效,对 A 公司供应商管理有显著的效果。
最后,本文提出了需要继续改进的方面,对制造型企业的实践有一定的指导
意义。

Abstract
Supplier management is an important part of supply chain management which
influences whether a whole supply chain can be successful or not. Setting up a scientific
and reasonable supplier management system is an efficient way to build up the core
competence of the company.
First, the thesis clarifies the definition of supplier categorization and strategic
supplier and introduces the general theory of supplier management from theoretical
aspect. The theory of strategic supplier management is deeply analyzed including how
to search and screen and choose strategic suppliers, how to evaluate the performance of
the strategic suppliers, how to manage the relationship with strategic suppliers,
Second, the thesis introduces the supplier management situation in case company A
before the year 2012 and deems there exist problems such as lack of systematic supplier
management system, lack of aim of supplier management, lack of standard of supplier
management etc. which leads to serious result. The proposal and steps of setting up a
strategic supplier management system in company A is introduced. According to the
result of strategic supplier performance evaluation, it’s believed preliminary result has
been achieved through implementing the proposal and it’s helpful to the supplier
management of company A.
Finally, the thesis proposes the aspects to be improved, which is instructive to the
practice of manufacturing companies.
