ABSTRACT
Increasingly evident today in the trend of economic globalization, international
logistics in world economic development plays an increasingly important role in the
process. The success of International logistics network has a direct bearing on
international trade with a country or region, which in turn affects the competitiveness of
the country or region in the world economy. Marine Logistics as an important part of
modern international logistics, took over 80% of the international transport of goods
freight volume, in terms of quality, economic requirements, security requirements with
incomparable advantages of other modes of transport. In 2009 Zhuhai city put forward
start city with harbor development strategy, Zhuhai has rapid development in harbor
economy39; China Ocean Ship Agency Zhuhai limited company is faced with the
opportunities of tremendous business and expands their own. Around the container liner
agency, bulk cargo shipping agents, transport of goods, customs of four main businesses,
the company has set the enterprise organizational structure of the division system. And
around these four profit center to develop the company39;s production and business
activities. The company has a perfect incentive mechanism and assessment mechanism.
The company39;s management activities in general maintains an orderly operation of the
state, the production scale is also gradually increasing. However the company
management mode also has some flaw, needs to be perfected further. These defects are
reflected in seven aspects: 1 Enterprise orientation is not accurate; 2 The level of human
resource management should be improved; 3 The human resources development work
still needs to be strengthened, enterprises have not formed a stable, high-quality personnel
team; 4 The lack of enterprise culture environment construction, has not formed a good
spirit of enterprise and values; 5 Business innovation is insufficient, neither perfect
integrated business, nor differentiated service level. Zhuhai ocean ship Agency Company
should face management model of the existence of defects and positive self perfection,
establish an effective constraint mechanism and incentive mechanism, in order to promote
the company continuously improvement of company management level.
