摘要
龙凤热电厂是六十年代建立起来的中温中压燃油热电厂。近年
来,随着电力行业改革步伐的加大及燃油价格的持续上涨,该厂生存
面临着严峻的挑战。为此,该厂进行了以油改煤工程为基础的建立新
管理模式的二次创业,走出了一条符合该类型老电厂实际的新路子。

本文以案例的形式系统全面地介绍了龙凤热电厂二次创业模式的主要
举措,实事求是地总结分析了该厂二次创业模式的经验教训、利弊和
得失,并就龙凤热电厂二次创业模式中存在的问题和不足,提出了建
议和对策。同时,也充分肯定了二次创业模式的优越性,给出了该模
式推广应用的范围。
