摘 要
利用生物质再生能源发电已经成为 21 世纪解决能源短缺的重要途径之一,开发
“绿色能源”同时也成为目前世界上工业化国家开源节流、化害为利和保护环境的
重要手段。

阳光凯迪新能源集团有限公司(以下简称“凯迪集团”)作为国内生物质发电领域
的领导者,不仅在自主知识产权上具有核心技术优势,而且在设备和原料上也占据
了成本优势,高度重视生物质能发电事业,以奉献清洁电能、促进经济发展、服务
社会和谐为己任,积极推动我国生物质能的开发利用,为我国构筑稳定、经济、清
洁、安全的能源供应体系作出贡献。

本文以“凯迪集团”的业务发展需求,提出了以集团生物质电厂管控的信息系统
设计,分析了集团建立管控系统的的定位,以及信息化战略需立足于企业战略的根本。

首先分析了生物质电厂信息化发展的阶段、现状以及信息化建设的必要性;然后,
阐述了企业的战略目标和战略定位及其信息化建设目标;接着,研究了生物质电厂
管控信息化的 IT 架构、系统功能等等;最后,对凯迪集团实施效果从竞争作用力等
方面进行了初步评价。

Abstract
In 21st century, Use of biomass power generation has become a renewable energy
solve the energy shortage in the 21 st century one of the important ways, develop green
energy also become the world industrialized countries of saving power, for good and
protect the environment the important means.
Kaidi sunshine new energy group Co., LTD. (Kaidi group) as the leader of biomass
power generation in China, not only in the independent intellectual property rights is the
core technology advantage, in the equipment and materials also held on cost advantages.
Attaches great importance to biomass power generation enterprise, dedication to the clean
power, promote economic development and social harmony service as our own
responsibility, and actively promote the development and utilization of biomass energy, for
our country and ensure the stable economic, clean, safe energy supply system to
contribute.
In this paper, In this paper the development needs of the business of the Kaidi Group,
Group of biomass power plant control system design, Analysis of the positioning of the
system, And information strategy based on corporate strategy. First, analyzes the necessity
of the biomass power plant development stage, status and information technology; Then
on the corporate strategic objectives and strategic positioning of its information
