本文以“凯迪集团”的业务发展需求,提出了以集团生物质电厂管控的信息系统
设计，分析了集团建立管控系统的的定位,以及信息化战略需立足于企业战略的根本。

首先分析了生物质电厂信息化发展的阶段、现状以及信息化建设的必要性；然后，
阐述了企业的战略目标和战略定位及其信息化建设目标；接着，研究了生物质电厂
管控信息化的 IT 架构、系统功能等等；最后，对凯迪集团实施效果从竞争作用力等
方面进行了初步评价。

contribute.
