A公司T项目在施工质量控制过程中存在的问题，在许多同样从计划经济体
制下转型而来的国有施工企业中具有普遍性，具有一定代表性。因此，本文针
对这些问题所进行的分析以及采取的相应措施，希望能在加强质量控制，提高
建筑工程质量从而提高企业效益为国家、社会提供优等高质的建筑产品方面，
为这些企业提供有益的思路。

A Study on Quality Control of T Project in A Company
With constant deepening and development of reform and opening-up, the social
requirements for quality and service quality of construction work are improved
constantly. The quality management has already been paid attention to more and more
by people. Someone likens the world today and carries on a commercial competition
competition, trade competition, the winning weapon is the quality during this war.
Someone gains quality, someone has initiative of this war. So from height of the
development strategy to know the quality problem, quality has already concerned the
destiny, national future of the country, the level of quality control has already
concerned the rise and decline of the trade, destiny of enterprises.
The problem that A Company T project exists in the course of quality control of
constructing, making the transition generally exist in the state-run construction
enterprise coming from planned economic system in a lot of too, have certain
representativeness. So, this text, to the analysis carried on of these question and
corresponding measure taken, hope to can be strengthening quality control, improve
the quality of construction work to improve enterprise's benefit and offer the building
products respect of the excellent high quality for country, the society, offer the
beneficial thinking for these enterprises.
