本文以哈尔滨工程大学大学后勤集团为研究对象。首先说明了选题的背景和意义,
介绍了高校凝聚力建设的国内外研究现状;阐述了高校后勤凝聚力建设的含义、价值及
基本要求,并介绍部分高校后勤凝聚力建设的成功经验;简要介绍了哈尔滨工程大学后
勤集团基本概况,对该集团近几年凝聚力建设的情况加以述说,同时找出该集团凝聚力
建设存在的问题及原因并加以评述;根据凝聚力建设的相关理论,结合该集团的实际情
况,在提高员工收入水平、推进人本管理、完善制度建设、加强人事管理以及深入开展
文化建设五个方面,提出了具体的措施,以提高高校后勤集团凝聚力建设的水平。

Abstract
As the rapid development of higher education in China, it has more requirements to the
service guarantee of university logistics. However, as the department for service guarantee, it
is quite necessary for the logistics group of a university to improve the service level and
enhance the internal cohesion. The cohesion of the logistics group is an intangible spirit
power, and also a tie to closely link all the working staff together. It is a self-conscious
motivation from heart of the staff. It is also from the common values, and the best reflection
of the logistics spirit. The research on cohesion is the premise and guarantee of a university
logistics group to achieve the socialized innovation development and success, and the
requirement to solve the internal conflicts, stabilize the working staff and improve the service
level of the university logistics group. It has a crucial realistic significance for the logistics
group to develop continuously, healthily and rapidly.
In this paper, Harbin Engineering University Logistics Group will be the research object.
It will firstly illustrate the background and the meaning of this topic, introduce the current
researches of university cohesion construction at home and abroad, stated the cohesion
construction significance, value and basic requirements, and listed the successful experience
of the cohesion construction in some logistics groups. It will have a brief introduction to
Harbin Engineering University Logistics Group and state its situation of the cohesion
construction these years. Meanwhile, I will find and analyze its existing problems and reasons
to the cohesion construction. According to the related theories of the cohesion construction,
combined with the reality of this logistics group, from five aspects of improving the income,
promoting the people-oriented management, perfecting the system construction, enhancing
the human resources management, and developing the culture construction, I will put forward
feasible measures to raise the level of cohesion construction in the university logistics group.
