论文分为六章,第一章介绍了公司所处的变革的环境,提出要进行信息化改
革的必要性和紧迫性。第二章介绍了 ERP管理思想的理论简介,首先介绍了 ERP
的基本概念以及国内外的应用情况,最后介绍了 ERP未来的发展趋势。第三章介
绍了 M公司的管理现状与信息系统的应用情况。分别介绍了 M公司总体的管理现
状、财务管理模块的应用现状、供应链管理模块的应用现状、生产管理模块的应
用现状,并分别列出了原有的流程图,并指出原有流程中的不合理的地方。最后,
对公司所面临的市场结构、内外部竞争环境做了阐述,并用SWOT分析工具进行
了分析,提出了公司目前最优的战略,并指出了公司所采用的战略对信息系统的
要求。第四章分别阐述了公司整体、财务管理、供应链管理、生产管理的需求分
析,表述了原有的流程是如何运作的,并分析了其中的不足以及应该达成的目标。
整体的需求分析从业务流程和财务流程一体化的角度进行分析,业务流程和财务
流程的整合,可以提高公司目前的工作效率,合理的配置企业内部的资源。第五
章在M公司各个模块需求分析的基础之上,又分别根据各个模块所面临的问题进
行了应用方案的结构,针对各个模块的问题,进行详细的分析与设计。建立了详
细的企业内部计划管理体系,完成了财务系统和业务系统的衔接、集成,完善了
企业基础数据的管理,还实现了与主生产计划相关的物料需求、生产订单、领料
与订单入库等业务流程,使企业管理由粗放变为精细。
本论文在充分分析M公司现状的基础之上,用SWOT分析工具提出了公司的
战略以及战略对管理信息系统的要求,接下来提出了对现有流程进行改进的流程
的改进方案,最后提出公司管理信息系统的应用架构以及方案。论文采用了公司
的现状与目标战略相结合的方式,提出公司对于信息系统的要求。

ABSTRACT
Current success of M company is of course closely related to its production
technology, however, the level of management will have a direct impact on whether the
advanced production technology can really bring benefits to enterprises. Only the
combination of good technology and excellent management ideas can produce the
desired effect. With rapid development of information technology, management should
make use of advanced information management platform in order to provide a sound
support to development of enterprises. Facing intense internal and external competitive
environments,M company must use advanced ERP management ideas to further reduce
costs and improve its management level, so as to continue to maintain rapid growth,
expand market share and achieve a good degree of brand benefits.
The goad of this paper is to make design for the management information system
for M company through analysis on current management situation as well as on
requirement of management information system by process restructure. Putting into
service of management information system realizes the integrated reform of business
and financial processes as a result of which efficiency is improved and cost is reduced,
enhancing the competitiveness of M company.
The paper is comprised of six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the changes in
the environment the results of which show the necessity and urgency of information
reform. The second chapter describes relative ERP management theories. The third
chapter describes the current status of M company's management and application of
information systems, including M company's overall management, financial
management module, application status of the supply chain management module and
the application status of the production management module. In addition,a breakdown
of the flow chart is worked out and defects in the original process are pointed out.
Finally, the internal and external competitive environments faced by the company are
described, and the SWOT analysis tool is used to determine the best strategy for M
company. Chapter IV gives requirement analysis with respect to the company as a
whole,financial management, supply chain management and production management.
