Nanning's economy is most developed and Narming's financial resource is the most
abundant in Guangxi province, at the same time, Nanning's financial industry is the most
competitive in Guangxi province. Guangxi Branch of JS Bank made a structural reform in
2008 to compete with competitors, Therefore, Narming Corporation Vocational Center was set
up. How to consolidate the results of the reform and deepen the reform is very important for
Nanning Corporation Vocational Center. It's so imperative to make out proper development
and competition strategy to survive and develop for Nanning Corporation Vocational Center
in competition.
Firstly, the thesis introduces the competition strategy on Porter's competitive theory and
strategy theory for common competition. Secondly, through the analyzing of macro
environment, industry environment, internal resources and capabilities, the thesis obtains
strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats for Nanning Corporation Vocational Center.
Then, using advanced SWOT analysis to determine the competition strategy for Nanning
Corporation Vocational Center of JS Bank. Finally, to ensure the smooth implementation of
the competitive strategy for Nanning Corporation Vocational Center, the thesis lists the
safeguards.
