就管理的质性而言,管理可分为两种,一种是制度化管理,一种是
人性化管理。前者强调了原则性,后者强调了灵活性。正确的管理方法
应该是在制度化和人性化之间寻求一个合适的链接点,实现两种管理方
法的结合。本文从理论与实践结合的角度,分析了人性化管理的理念及
实施策略。理论部分分析了人性化管理的背景、概念、特点、内容、理
论基础,以及与制度化管理的辩证关系;实践部分以领导艺术、沟通艺
术和激励艺术为切入点,分析了人性化管理的实施策略和方法,并提出
了实施人性化管理所需的个人素质。

当前,我国正在推进社会主义和谐社会建设,人性化管理以其浓重
的人文色彩必将会受到社会各界的认可和采纳,人性化管理必将成为管
理的重要方式之一。

Abstract
In terms of nature, management can be divided into two types. One is
institutional management, and the other is human-based management. The
former stresses on the principle, while the latter on flexibility. It is a right way
to find a proper link between the two and make combination. From the
perspective of theory uniting practice, the thesis analyses the concepts and
practical strategies of human-based management. The theoretical part
analyses the background, concepts, features, contents, theoretical foundation
and dialectical relationship with institutional management. The practical part
analyses the practical strategies and methods from the standpoint of the art of
leadership, communication and motivation. The thesis also proposes the
personal qualities required in practice.
Nowadays, China is promoting the development of a harmonious
socialist society. With its strong human color, human-based management will
finally gain recognition and acceptance across all strata of the society, and
will become one of the most important modes of management.
