ABSTRACT
Based on the depth investigation of private enterprises in Baoding,the paper analyzed
the development of private enterprises in Baoding. Private enterprises in Baoding city's
economic structure has become an important component of the economic of Baoding, it on the
city's economic contribution to the growing rate. But there are also many problems. In this
paper, these questions and their reasons for the problems have analyzed. By analyzing these
reasons, these problems have been put forward the corresponding countermeasures by
targeted to address. And the paper for examples of private enterprises in Baoding Great Wall
Automobile Co. Ltd. and Baoding Tianwei Group Co. Ltd,it explored the key factor in the
development of private enterprises in Baoding. Finally, this paper evaluated the sustainable
development ability of private enterprises in Baoding by the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive,
it will be good for to conduct a correct understanding of prospects for the development of the
private economy in Baoding.
