作为本课题研究,景焦集团很有借鉴和参考意义。景焦集团过去是一家从
事单一炼焦制气生产多年的老企业,这几年通过产业扩张、规模经营逐步成为
一家多元化发展的企业,但在发展的同时,高耗能、高污染成为制约企业发展
的一个重要因素。在此条件下,研究和制定合理有效的清洁生产战略管理机制
显得尤为重要。本文研究成果可对国内中小型炼焦企业提供有益的帮助。
本文按照理论研究、实证分析、对策建议的研究思路展开论述。对景焦集
团发展面临的外部环境、内部资源等进行了全面、系统的分析,确立了走清洁
生产发展战略的思路。通过本文研究,在做强做大企业的同时,通过制度和技
术管理,使企业清洁生产战略道路有条不紊的进行。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise development strategies, the trend of the foture external environment
and their own strengtii on the basis of full analysis, worked out through a series of
scientific decision-making process. China's coking industry, driven by rapidly
expanding the scale of production of iron and steel enterprises has been very rapid
development. However, due to the level of process equipment and technology in
general has not kept pace with the pace of expansion, hii energy consumption, high
pollution become a bottleneck restricting thei development of coking enterprises.
As this research project, the King focus group very useful reference and the

production of a single coke gas, In recent years by industrial expansion, the scale of

time in the development of high energy consumption, high pollution and become an
important factor restricting the development of enterprises. Under these conditions,

management is particularly important.
The results of this study can provide use&l help to tiie small and medium-sized
domestic coking enterprises. In accordance with the tibeoretical studies, empirical
