本文以南昌市公立NK医院为代表的公立医院战略管理为研究对象,通过了
解公立医院在战略管理上存在的问题、不足和缺陷,针对问题,提出公立医院
发展战略及管理策略,为我国公立医院进行战略管理提供参考和思路,使之能
够通过制定适当的战略来获取持续的竞争优势,为医院管理与改革提供有价值
的参考经验,为医院管理理论的发展做一些有益的探索。
本文从研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、研究的基本思路和研究方法的框
架设计开始;以医院战略管理理论基础和战略管理思想在医院管理中的应用为
综述为基础;然后对南昌市公立NK医院进行了战略分析;重点阐述南昌市公立
NK医院战略的制定与选择;对南昌市公立NK医院战略进行实施与控制研究;
最后阐述了本文的主要工作和结论,并对公立NK医院战略管理和前景进行展
望。
